Seeing that XCross was not in the match , it will be consider a #1 contender .What i would do if i was still GM of raw. I would say that you too should have another match for the TV title. If noone shows up, the title is vacted. But if someone shows up and your opponent doesn't then your the champ..(i mean doesn't show up in 7 days.)(or you guys can come up with a ending right now...Or you guys can start the match and end it by dice..by the 17th..)(or have a triple threat against the winner between Brad, and X- factor.)


(but this wont happen, because i'm not the gm..) xd

I think the title should be vacated.
