My list, DJ Rjd2, The roots, N.E.R.D, Jungle brothers, Mf doom, Dj rebel aliance, DJ Z-trip...theres many GOOD indie/under ground hip hop music that i was exposed to back in 2004, but thats all i can rememmber. Realy i bacame a bit of a funk addict throught the years so these groups my sis exposed me to , realy filled my appetite. Before all that i first aquired a taste in old school, raw/ hardcore punk (new s**t sux!!) Bad brains, sex pistols, Dead kennedy's,The misfits, Adolecents, The Clash, Descendents, agent orange, The germs etc... so punk to funk basicly hahaha

Wonderful! Another classic punk fan! smile
And I love funk, too.
And if you haven't already, you need to be listening to Parliament/Funkadelic and George Clinton.
I'm only saying that because that's what I'm listening to at the moment.
And for Classic Punk, try 999, The Damned, The Exploits, Stranglers, G.B.H, and the Anti-Nowhere league. Just to name a couple.
Finding new things is always good, ye!
