I've been thinking lately. Yeah, I know, that's a surprise!
If we want to bring in more activity and more members, I propose that we change the Muffcake Tavern from a hidden guild to a private guild. That way, prospective members can enter the guild to see our threads and posts before deciding that they want to join. They still wouldn't be able to post, but they'd be able to see what our guild is really like.
I dunno, just an idea. I don't think it would make a tumultuous change, but it's worth a try, I suppose. Comments?

I don't think changing the guild from 'hidden' to 'private' would make a big difference, but like you said, it would allow people to view our posts/get a feel for the guild before joining.

I agree with Diav. I don't think it will make much of a difference. All it will do is all others to get a feel for the guild. That maybe a good idea in itself though, so I agree it should probably be done.

It wouldn't become a 'tyrannical oligarchy' so much as a... hmm... probably more of a... corrupted people's commune of sorts, possibly? confused sweatdrop xd ...brain's not functioning, so I can't think of a bettter way to word it. gonk sweatdrop xd

Would it be a 'triumvirate' or more of a 'tribunal council' of sorts that just gathers on occasion to discuss anime and mangas and music... and other happenings that they feel pertinent to themselves and not really caring about the wellfare of others, since it would be corrupted, of course. confused xd
Izu, maybe I am insinuating that anime corrupts people in the slightest of ways, maybe I'm not... maybe I'm making sense to everyone, but there's the chance that I'm not. Maybe I'm just a figment of your imagination and not really here mentally so I'm kinda babbling on and on and on... and you get the picture. xp xd
Oh, by the way, if it were to be a corrupted triumvirate of sorts, would that be the first all female triumvirate then? confused xd A first in the world could possibly happen if that were to come true. eek xd

I like the connotation of tribunal council, actually. It's primitive, akin to Lord of the Flies or something. Triumvirate does seem a little too uptight and organized for our style of rule.
The only triumvirate I'm aware of is the Julius Caesar one...are there other triumvirates? If not, I guess we sort of...would be. surprised

@Jinsei: Yeah it does. It reminds me of one of my clubs it's a shadow government. The person who everyone thinks is the president isn't. xd I happen to be influential now too... xd
@Jpy: I was corrupted when I started watching Gravitation. >.< How can anyone not like Ryuichi? Although I honestly think I was corrupted a long time ago when I stepped in Jpop and Jrock.
