Does anyone know if there'll ever be another musical episode?

No, I say just go for it.... If they don't like what you posted, the worst that could happen is they delete your topic.(which I'll doubt they'll do) No big deal.

At the begining of the series, no, but each Season we see a little bit more of her untill, I'd say around Mid Season 4, she's a full cast member.

I think she is more of a frequent reccuring role. She doesn't appear in every episode even in the later seasons. And technically she isn't on the opening credits.
