I've found it relevent to a number of arguments, and would like to share with you.

building an ideal government has to do with the "means" more than the "ends" for me. even if a laissez-faire nation didnt work, and only statist or totalitarian countries did work and provide the happiest conditions, i would still be restless to exist in one, where my actions and ideas were illegal to originate within myself. the whole point of my existence is because I can, because I will, because I do, not because a collective can, will or do. a human can only exist for himself and his loved ones. termites exist for each other. ever hear the phrase "where there's one ant there's a thousand more"? its so true. an ant alone cannot exist, she will die because they exist for the colony, for the queen. i guess thats kinda Ayn Rand, but i'm not ashamed to plagiarize. wink

I saw that a while ago somewhere. I think it is good, but very basic. Something you would show children. But it gets the message across well enough.
