Well I don't know how much blood you need for a weapons summons, but I'm not guessing much. As a ninja you're taught to focus past the pain, so I think she has no real problem with her technique.

However I hope that she learns more skills than just weapons, since the creator has said, "no guns", her current skills I've seen (ch. 106 manga) place her weaker than Lee, who, by ninja ratings, is weak since he can't tap into nin or genjutsu's (don't mean to dis Lee, but just looking at it from the manga's perspective, we all know he can more than hold his own!)

Personally, I'd like to see more stronger female ninjas (can't remember offical name, sorry)

Temari is strong and so are a few other girls, but from what I've seen so far (remember, not THAT far) all the biggest fights (storyline wise) has been one-on-one guy fights! (As a man, I can guarantee the female IS the deadlier of the species...)

perhaps she has got used to it because she trains alot and already knows how much blood is used on the scrole and how many times she can use it without passing out from blood loss xp besides like they said,not much blood is used on the scroll so even if she uses it like 20 times it may not affect her that much.tenten is the best female ninja's in naruto!!! but i also like temari,ino,and hinata too 4laugh

Women are more acrobatic, so it should be easier for them to be ninjas.

As far as the sexist thing, remember, Japan is a more male dominate(sic) society. Even in the past males were revered more than females (Sucks, since women are so much hotter than us men!), So its not as much ment to be sexist as much as a unconsience attitude toward gender placement.

True, but how many black people were there during the ninja era of Japan? And what everytype? Never seen an Arab, Jew, Indian, Greek, Hispanick, Norwegin, Russian, French, English, ect.

All that's there is Japanese, Chinese, and Naruto! (Don't know WTF he is! lol!)

Both Iruka and Asume, aren't all that tanned. Plus if you have a job that let's go work outside a lot (like a ninja), I'm sure you'd get a tan. However, Japanese culture emphasize fair skin as an impressive trait (Much like the gaisha) and the darker the skin, the worst you were (Peasent), and the Japanese stigma of color went toward skin as well. A African (black) were not thought highly in Japanese society, thus not many (If any in those times) were allowed in to Japan. (Sorry for the history lesson, but I love History!)

As far as the Europeans...I could see Naruto as more of a half-bred, since he has many asian characteristics along with the blond hair. It's possible they are European, however, there would be VERY few of them (If we look historicly, when Japan opened itself to the rest of the world, only a handful of White Men were allowed, under guard. It took a few DECADES before Japan opened itself freely.) and as the Japanese saw the strange men, many of them feared and dispised them. However many also tried to imitate them (Much like we westerners were predjidice towards asians. Yet, some of us choose to adapt there styles and ways to our own.)
