New schools are always weird. Are your friends there too, or are you the only person you know in this new school? I kinda sorta know the feeling though, because every once in a while I'll take a class in which I don't know anybody. Those're always the worst ones for me.

'.[[ Ch'yeah. cool Hoorays for friendliness. The bonding has begun, ;D
Except no hoorays for this school. It's awfully strict. And seriously devoted to study and hard work. Yuck. D= And we have pin codes and student IDs and every morning to sign in, we have to enter our pin number and put our hand in a hand punch machine, which measures and tests to see if it's us, and if we don't we're automatically marked as absent and our parents get rang and stuff....even if you're just five mintutes late. Very scurry altogether. But, like....you basically get to choose your own timetable, when you start and when you finish once you fit all you classes in. They go on and on about how they're trying to make it like university and such. ]].' Vote for me!! Peter Pan would.

The whole hand scanning thing sounds a little bit odd to me, but I suppose it helps to increase security or something positive like that.
My university has a magnetic strip on the back of our school ID cards that we use to enter buildings, get food in the cafeteria and other stuff like that. It's pretty secure. smile
