We didn't go to watch fireworks, nor buy any to do ourselves, for once. But we did watch the NY show on tv, and had a cookout with my parents and sis.

We had some decent ones. First time my daughter hasn't covered her ears in awhile, they didnt seem to be as loud this year 3nodding

we actually had 2 fireworks shows we could see from our front yard. Wednesday was our city fireworks. They shoot them off from a golf course about 3 blocks away. PERFECT! We had some family and friends over to watch and grilled burgers and dogs and had lots of beer and margaritas lol.

And Monday night about a block away they threw a block party. Closed off the street. Had a band and everything. And when it got dark they blew off fireworks from behind the school (across the street from us and them) They were amazing! They went off in the air practically on top of us. It was almost like you could touch them. I got some nice pics. I have to find my digital camera's USB cord. When I do I'll upload them.

me, my brother and a couple of our friends were in this parking lot behind ryan's backyard...there were 5 different shows that we could see from there...and there was a random hotdog shaped one...O_o' xp
