It looks like you've got some decent shape and form there but your proportion is all off. For example, her left foot is the right shape but should be longer.

She seems to have fat person legs, although those could be loose pants with tight feetys I suppose?

If those are meant to be loose pants I'd suggest a bit more rumpleyness so that it's not confused with fatness.

Her upper legs alone are as tall as her complete upper torso + head. Wow. o_o;

But the lines are nice.

Her hands look a little odd, I'd just suggest looking at some photographs of people doing the hand gesture that you want, or having someone pose in that position for you. Using references can help a lot smile
