Ban Mido, of the Get Backers. His hands are strong enough to grip with two hundred kilograms of force, and he's fast enough to strike a target several times without having even appearing to have moved. For those familar with Get Backers, ignore his Evil Eye for this fight, assume that he has already used it three times within the past twenty fours hours.
The Rhino, an extremely powerful super villain. At six feet and five inches and weighing over seven hundred pounds of muscle, and with enough strength to life ninety tons, he is a sight to be seen. He can run at one hundred miles per hour, and is apparently immune to nearly all forms of conventional weaponry. He can also withstand temperatures from negative ninenty to one thousand degrees, Fahrenheit. He has also been exposed to Gamma Rays.
Also, in accordance with the rules, this fight is in Bloodlust, with each of the two characters giving it their all to turn the other into a corpse.

The Rhino from the Spiderman Comics. I think he might have been, probably was, in the animate series.
Unsure what other comics he's showed up in.

No, I mean which Rhino? Regular uber kevlar hide Rhino? Bionic upgrade Rhino? Or the Mecha Rhino from the Ultimate series?

Oh, sorry, misunderstood.
Hmm. .. not the Ultimate Series. Honestly, I tend to ignore it.
Bionic Upgrade Rhino. I'm fairly sure that's the one after he's been experimented on and exposed to gamma radiation, correct?

No, I'm pretty sure that's Kevlar Rhino. He got the bionic upgrades to fight peple like the Hulk on equal grounds.

I don't mean the incarnation during his first appearance, along with Jameson's son.
I meant when he'd been experimented on further. In other words, the improved version.
However, in retrospect, probably better to pit Ban against Rhino during his first appearance.

Simple math decides this:
200 kilograms <<<<<<<<< 90 tons.

Yes, but you can not forget his Jagan. I know it was disqualified by the host, but he NEEDS it!
EDITED.

The reason for removing his Evil Eye was that it practically gives him an automatic win. Hence the limitations the series has placed on it to begin with.
Ban has incredible battle sense, though, which I guess I should've mentioned. . .hindsight is always 20/20, huh? ^^
Still, even with Ban's status as a battle genius, his inhuman speed and agility, and his snake bite grip. . .Rhino can run pretty damn fast too, and is pretty difficult to damage.

Without the almighty Evil Eye, I think that Rhino could win based on his near-indestructability. I'm not sure if any part of Rhino could be damaged by a 200kg clamp, and Ban having the durability of a normal human wouldn't be a very pretty site.

I always got the impression that Rhino wasn't the brightest bulb, and from what I know of Spiderman, he uses his wits as often as strength to beat his villains. Rhino has the advantage of brute force, but Ban is no slouch, plus, I'm pretty sure Ban is faster. I vote brain over brawn on this one.

Ban wins. Better battle tactics, and he can upgrade his own power almost instantly like we saw in the episode where he got pissed and broke the metallic bones of the guy that ran a lab and experimented on people like they were nothing. (sorry, i'm not that good with names)
