Who would win between Atlantean Namor the Sub Mariner and Arlong the Saw Shark Fishman from One Piece?

Hmm.
Well, Namor has super strength, but Arlong is pretty powerful himself.
Both of them are even stronger underwater, or at least I'd assume Arlong is.
Unlike Namor, though, Arlong is just fine out of water. So Arlong just lures him into a land-based battle and the fight progresses until Namor begins to weaken and Arlong can tear him apart.
Of course, Namor could always just fly off in search of water. . .if they're fighting in the One Piece world, that wouldn't be a very long fight.
I suppose, in that instance, the fight would have to be taken underwater. . .and I'm just not sure how much stronger Arlong becomes when submerged.
I'm going to call it a draw.

Well, we can guess Arlong's strength from his subordinates. A fishman gets 10 times stronger and faster underwater. Hachi, while underwater was able to move a mountain sized boulder with some effort which suggests Class 10 strength above water and class 100 underneath. And since Sharks are the strongest breed and Hachi is Arlong's first mate, we can assume Arlong has more then both strength levels.

Hmm.
Another factor is that Arlong was, if I recall correctly, the first mate of Jinbei. . .who is now one of the legendary Shichibukai.
It's my belief that a main factor in Luffy's victory over Arlong was his anger over all he had done to Nami.
On second though, I think I'm going to give Arlong the win.

I think it was either Arlong joking for too long, Luffy being especially pissed off, or a mixture of PIS and CIS.

I can't wait to see Jinbei, personally. I'm not completely up to date on the manga, so I'm unsure if he's ever been shown or only referenced to.

All I know is that he's a Whale Shark fishman, meaning he's probably the size of the one crewmate from Foxy's pirates, the Half Fish-man/Half Giant guy.

Well, considering that he's one of the Shichibukai and Arlong's former superior, the guy must be a beast in battle.

Ja. Though when it comes down to a fight between them, to date I believe Donquixote DaFlamingo would win solely because he uses Psychokinesis and that is VERY powerful if used right. It can even be on par with Reality warping.

I get the vibe that DD isn't the strongest of the Shichibukai, though. Same way I get the vibe that despite Crocodile having the abilities of a Logia he was the runt of the bunch.

I had a One Piece roleplay forum, once.
You needed administrative permission for a Logia, obviously. I mean, just look at the Logia in the series.
Of course, then you have people like Mihawk who can throw down based, apparently, solely on skill and training.

I can see how Croc was the runt. I mean, just look at what Eneru and Aokiji did. Hey, do you think there can be Fishman of any aquatic animal? Like Sea snakes and such?

Hmm, probably. Likely very similar to Naga.
