that lead to new beginnings" Zarius would pull back on the string of his bow aiming the arrow at the impending target that was across the field as Prinn, his companion was perched atop his head preening his feathers making them nice and pretty. Zarius would release the string letting the arrow fly and hit the bullseye dead center. Zarius took out another arrow loading it onto the bow and pulled the string back once more, pulling it taught and then released the string letting the second arrow fly hitting the bullseye once more. His ear flicked turning to see a squirrel come greet him chittering about seeing two people in a forest near the mountain area. Zarius nodded petting the squirrel. "Thank you little one for bringing me this news now off you go before a hawk gobbles you up."Zarius replied as the squirrel was quick to scurry away leaving Zarius to himself once again. Cyan sighed as he made his way to the archery range. He had decided that he needed to keep his skills honed and during arrows at a target would do the trick. As he continues to make his way, he noticed a familiar face at the range and frowned as his mond connected the dots. "Zarius?! Is that you, friend?" he called out as he came closer. Man, he had not seen his friend for a while and it was good to see him. Though, maybe he should have called.him Prince instead of his first name. Oh, dear. He hoped that he had not offended his.old friend. That would be bad.

that lead to new beginnings" Zarius would blink after hearing his name being called as he turned to face the one who had called out to him. It was his close friend Cyan and a fellow healer like himself, He walked over causing Prinn to fly upward from being startled by his companion's sudden movement. Zarius wrapped his arms around Cyan in a friendly hug.Cy, by the Gods of old it is good to see you. How is everyone back in Yggdrasil?  Cy blinked at the sudden action but returned the hug with just as much enthusiasm. He looked at the other with a smile. "The same for you, old friend. Every one is doing fine. Asking about you but otherwise everything is good." He replied after a minute. "So, I see that you are keeping up with your archery skills. That's good. Very good." he added with a smile, smiling at his friend. It was damn good to see him as he had missed him since Zarius left some time ago. But now he could see his friend whenever he wanted. Well, not whenever but just the same.

Cyan blinked before frowning and shaking his head. "No, friend. I have not. And that is worrying as usually my wolves would tell me about something as strange as what you have said." He muttered after a moment. Two strangers this far was indeed worrying. "Than again it could just travelers passing through. Do you want me to look into it, your majesty?' he asked, slipping back into calling Zarius royalty out of reflex. Yes. He really had to do something about that. But Zaruius was a Prince. The Prince. His Prince. Well, not his and he quickly pushed the thought aside as he waited for an answer. (By the way, if Yamaki wants, he could always see Lunis to see if he can find his son?)

that lead to new beginnings" Zarius crossed his arms over his chest looking away as if to think and after some time he turned to Cyan once more. Placing a hand on the wild elf's shoulder and gave him a soft smile."It would bring my mind at ease if you did look into it Cy, though how many times have I told you not to be so formal when it's just me you are speaking with. True, I am royalty within Yggdrasil... but, here I am simply Zarius a healer who has decided to aid the Yamaki clan. I'm sure you have heard about the tragedy that befell both the Yamaki clan and Sukikyo clan have you not?"Zarius asked and yet he only has vague details about such a tragedy from a seer that lived among the nature elves. Cy blushed at the statement. "Sorry, Zari. You know it's kind of hard foe me to do so but I will try." He replied after a moment of getting himself together. He frowned then nodded. "Yes, I heard. Both was be going out of their minds with worry." he added, telepathically asking his wolf friends.to see into this and to report back to him if they find anything of importance. "Has anyone ask the Seer if he knows anything? His predictions are pretty damn accurate." he finished thoughtfully.

that lead to new beginnings" Zarius would frown sadly as his friend clearly did not know that the Sukikyo clan had been utterly wiped out 13 years ago, he could not blame his friend for misunderstanding what he had said and let it be for the time being. Zarius blinked when Cy brought up the Seer as he didn't really think of going to the Seer for guidence on the whereabouts of the missing yamaki heir and the surviving Sukikyo. A small smile returned to the elf's face before placing both hands on either of Cy's shoulders.
"Cy my friend, you are an absolute genius. I would have never thought to go see the Seer, I'm sure Lord Yamaki will go seek his council at any moment. For the trees tell me that Lord Yamaki is at his wits end and that he has taken up the habit of drinking... which worries me"
Zarius replied before leaning against a near by tree his gaze never leaving Cy's. Zarius was aware that his friend recently showed up from his homeland and hardly understood what was going on though he could never fault his friend for such trivial matters, it was beneath the elven prince to judge his childhood friend in that manner like other elves back home have. Shaking his head lightly giving off a faint chuckle.
"That reminds me, how is the wolf family that raised you fairing? I've not seen them as of late. Normally I see them out hunting fresh game.."
Zarius added with slight concern in his tone. He knew the wolves could handle their own but he could not help but worry about the creatures of nature. "The future belongs

Cy tilted his head at the sad frown that Zari had graced him with. He wondered what that was all about and wondered if he was missing something about the Sukikyo clan. Most likely. He was never quick to pick up those type of things. He startled when the other elf placed his hands on his shoulders, praising him for mentioning the seer. He cod not help but wince when he heard that statement. "Well, I am sure Lunis can help. Despite being...well, whatever he is, he would never turn down someone who needed help." He replied after a moment of thinking. How he knew Lunis, well that's a different pack of wolves all together. He blinked once again when Zari asked him about his pack and smiled. "They are doing fine. They aren't hunting is because my brother's mate is expecting any minute as well as my older sister but we do have enough food for the pack and pups. I'm going to be an uncle!" he added with a smile. The wolves that raised him were like family. He loved them fiercely and would do anything for them.

that lead to new beginnings" As Zarius heard the news of Cy's wolf family expecting pups brought the nature elf great joy but his joy was cut short when a small gust of wind blew around him suddenly. The nature elf's eye grew wide with shock and he would suddenly drop his bow. They've been found...? the missing heirs of both the Yamaki Clan and Sukikyo clan. That was great news though he froze as what the wind told him next. Clenching a hand into a tight fist as the plant life around him grew slightly out of control indicating the nature elf's fury.
"...I see, so the rat comes out of its den, thank the gods of old that those two are safe behind these walls and out of that vermin's grasp..."
Zarius muttered to himself in a cold and stoic tone which wasn't like the nature elf to speak so harshly for he was normally a kind and gentle soul. He looked to Cy as his gaze softened only slightly as to not frighten his close friend. "The future belongs

Cy blinked and smiled when he heard that rhe two had been found. "Oh, that's wonderful news!" he replied after a minute of getting over his shock. He flinched unexpectedly as Zari's attitude change. He tilted his head to the side as if listening to something. Ah. The hiers had been tortured buy whoever lived in Karou Forest. Damn. No wonder Zari was angry. He placed a hand on the other's face gently. "Calm down, friend. They are back and safe. I am sure Lord Yamaki had made plans to keep them safe from harm." he said, not liking to see his friend angry. He didn't like it. Then again, he couldn't talk.

that lead to new beginnings" Upon feeling Cy's hand against his cheek he calmed down some as he placed his own hand over Cy's leaning into his touch. The plants calmed down as well returning to their natural state, Zarius looked into Cy's lovely green hues as he placed his free hand against Cy's cheek in return.
"My sincere apologies that you had to witness that side of me Cyan. I am aware that they are safe within these walls. However, my heart is deeply saddened by what those two went through.... grant you I am not fond of humans but what that man did to them.... was barbaric...I will never forgive him..."
Zarius stated on the verge of shedding tears for the two heirs that endured such hardship. It was gut wrenching as it made Zarius sick to his stomach. "The future belongs

Cyan leaned into his touch instinctively, enjoying the feeling before snapping back to himself. He smiled sadly before hugging the other elf tightly. "I know. But they're safe now. And the one who hurt them will pay eventually. But for now, let's just be happy that they are home." he replied, pulling back to look up at his childhood friend, trying to lighten up the mood. He hated seeing his Prince unhappy. Then he realized what he was doing and attempted to pull away while blushing darkly. "I-I' m sorry. I have no idea what came over me..." he added after a minute.
