[ 1. ] Follow the Gaia ToS, we're serious. Most of these rules are made and backed off the gaia ToS. Read and become familiar with these terms.
[ 2. ] Do not post sexually explicit material, keep it decent; this also applies to any discord or skype chats run by the guild. Also covered are portraying Sexual abuse and exploitation in a romanticized or in an overly-light way. [ Part 4.b in Gaia ToS ]
[ 3. ] Respect your mod staff and be polite; toxicity will not be tolerated. We are here to try our best to make this all work, and being an a** won't make that easier for any of us.
[ 4. ] Take your complaints to private chat with a moderator, please don't post arguments with mods in general chat.
[ 5. ] Do not delete posts without permission, this is to prevent ghost editing / misinformation
[ 6. ] Do not create topics without permission, this is to prevent cluttering of forums
[ 7. ] If you have an issue with another player contact a mod, do not post about it

[ 5. ] Be careful when utilizing thinker powers as you still need to avoid metagaming
[ 6. ] Be mindful of your body’s limitations
[ 7. ] Make sure to remove consumables and currency when they are used
[ 8. ] All tinker created devices must go through an approval process
[ 9. ] A player may not start with a firearm
[ 10. ] You may carry up to 10 items, the rest must be stored in your home
[ 11. ] If you hold a position and go inactive, you will be stripped of said position
- Autohitting :: If you hit an opponent without giving them a chance to react, this is considered autohitting. EI: Dan reeled his arm back, smacking Juliet across her face and sending her flying. You could instead say; Dan reeled his arm back, aiming to pimp slap Juliet across her face and send her sprawling across the floor. You give your opponent the chance to react, all while making it apparent what will happen if they cannot dodge.
Metagaming :: Metagaming is when you know anything in character [ IC ] that your character wouldn't otherwise be able to know. Let's say a friend you're writing with tells you something very secret about their character, your character cannot act as if they know that in your next post. So if your friend tells you their character has a crush on yours, you can't act as if your character has an idea of that in the next post unless their were obvious signals.
Godmodding :: The definition of godmodding seems to change depending on who you're talking to, but for our guild the world godmodding will pretain to doing anything outside of your character's normal limits, or any character's normal limits. You cannot dodge forever, you can't keep running forever, you can't use abilities outside of your normal arsenal.
Griefing :: Griefing is when you, because of some reason or another ( usually because of a bad outcome to a situation ), give someone a particularly hard time

[1. ] Do not auto dodge (Explained Below)
[2. ] Be reasonable
[3. ] Be aware that your character will probably get hurt in some capacity
[4. ] During a fight you have 48 hours to respond to the last post before the attacks auto hit. Your opponent must be quoted for this rule to apply, if you don't quote them there is no time limit.
[5. ] Because we have have a free form fighting system be aware that you may only perform three actions per post in a fight. Two offensive and one defensive or supplementary action.
[6. ] If a dispute arises, please try talk to the other party first and resolve any miscommunication. If you can not compromise contact a fight mod.
Autododging :: The act of repeatedly avoiding attacks without any adverse consequences and/or avoiding attacks with little to no justification for your character to be able to do so.
_> NPC Creation & Use
[1. ] NPCs cannot be used in combat unless you are granted NPC slots and the NPC has been approved.
[2. ] You are free to make throwaway NPCs in the course of RP, these can not be used in combat with other RPCs unless agreed upon by both parties.
