This is a roleplay spin off from two other roleplays between Jewel of Antares and Myself. The characters are Vladimir Rouminouf and Alfred Alvin Mathis. If you are not Jewel or myself, do not post here, but feel free to read along ^^

Vlad had decided to donate some of his older books to the library and was carrying a few when he spotted someone that looked rather excited to be there. He had heard of some students coming to his home to learn the history and when he thought about it, he decided to invite this particular boy to his home. "Excuse me, would you like to get a better history then what these dusty old books could give you? After all, what better way to learn then from a man that has the entire history passed down by his family?" Okay so he lied a bit, he was the one that kept the memories of the history since he was the one that had basically started this town. He glanced up behind Alvin and saw a painting showing a past scene of his life. He wished they would remove that thing, but he wasn't going to with hold history even if he didn't like the memories associated with that particular time.

"I apologize, I am Vladimir Rouminouff. Pleasure to meet you." He said before hearing that Alvin wasn't going to go with him until he spoke with the class supervisor. "Why don't I go with you, I could offer to have a private tour for your class at the castle. Im guessing you are all here to learn about the history of the town, the family that lives in the castle, and the castle in general."

Looking around he found the person currently in charge of the class and approached them. "Excuse me, I am Vladimir Rouminouff, and while I was here giving a few old books to the library, I came upon your class trip. Perhaps your trip here would enjoy getting an up close view of the castle."

The vampire smirked at the comments the two teens said to each other. When the teacher spoke Vlad nodded his head. "Yes, I don't really have anything going on at the moment, and it would be an exclusive tour for everyone. I only ask, no cameras in my private quarters. I can easily answer any questions anyone has about the history of the town as well."

Vladimir looked at the group before nodding. "I will inform my staff to let you in when you all arrive, unless you would all like to stay at the castle for your trip. I don't mind and it would be nice to have the extra rooms used."

Looking at Alvin he shook his head but smiled. "You seem rather excited to get going. If your guard is coming along I do hope he refrains from using or bringing any weapons. I can assure you no harm will come to anyone during your visit."

Vlad smiled before he spoke. "Its alright, history can be pretty interesting. What do you like most about history if I may ask?" The vampire was curious to know just what the other liked so he knew just what to gear the history talk to. "Where would you be interested in going in the castle? This is a once in a lifetime chance to view my home as one would if they lived in it." Vladimir wished there was a way to keep Alvin there. Something about the boy drew him in. He wasn't sure exactly what it was, but he wanted to spend more time with the boy alone. It was unfortunate that the bodyguard was around as well, but Vlad could use a bit of his ability to make the male leave them alone for a bit. Of course, it might scare Alvin if he was to suddenly lose his bodyguard.

Vlad decided to see just how the teen would take it, so as Alvin spoke of what he liked about history he got the bodyguard to think that he needed to be elsewhere leaving Alvin alone with the vampire. "I see, I have a lot of cultural information if you would like. Such as how the entire country used to be before it was turned into the place it is today. I can give you all of the information you could ever want." As the pair walked into the gate of the castle Vlad paused for a moment. "Well, I suppose its like any other castle. Just more rooms. As things changed, I added onto the areas where I live to make it more comfortable. An old castle is rather cold and drafty you know. Much of the rooms were the original building design, as I did want to keep a bit of history intact."

It seemed that Alvin was surprised that he would know so much. He was sure the teen would be even more surprised if he had known Vlad had actually witnessed all the history he was so interested in. "Yes, we have a dungeon here. We used several different methods. To set an example for traitors for instance, the heads used to be mounted on the very gate we walked through. If you look close enough you can still see some of the blood stains. Starvation was also used on captive prisoners. There are more... gruesome methods as well, but Im sure you don't want to lose your breakfast."
