Well, since lobo's strength scales down or up to equal his opponent, they're matched there. Though, Cell outclasses him in speed and overall fire power. Though, I believe could be overwhelmed by a near endless army of Lobo's all as physically strong as himself.

Though, I believe could be overwhelmed by a near endless army of Lobo's all as physically strong as himself. True,But cell could also summond an army of Cell jr. to mach the lobo army since the CJ are jsu as stroung as cell.

DasUberGuy It seemed to me that the Cell Jrs. were weaker than Cell himself. nah remember after gohand beat them he gave cell an a** kicking forcing him self-destruc as a last resort. he got strounger when he regenerated after the explsion

Cell does get stronger every time he regenerates.
Maybe Lobo could throw him into the sun. That might do it.

DasUberGuy Cell does get stronger every time he regenerates. Maybe Lobo could throw him into the sun. That might do it. Cell beats Lobo in speed. Plus, Cell could easily use Instant Transmission to avoid the Sun. I'd have to say the match would drag out for an extremely long time, but if Lobo continuously attacks Cell, then Cell's power would be literally infinite. Not to mention that Cell outclasses Lobo in power (as Mxyzptlk mentioned), and it would take someone slightly stronger than Cell (namely someone slightly above SSJ2 Gohan's level) to take out Cell. And since Cell continuosly becomes stronger, that's almost an impossible task in this scenario.

At best this ends in a draw since one is Immortal and the other can just regenerate no matter how much damage is dealt. Though, if their fight caused the planet they were fighting on to detonate and Cell was too engrossed in fighting, then Lobo would win, otherwise its a draw.

Yeah, this match is most definitely a draw. Lobo is immortal, while Cell continuously becomes stronger and can regenerate from almost nothing. And since Cell outclasses Lobo in power and speed, both will be around in this battle for an extensive period of time.

I know Cell has a lot of energy attacks but have you seen the arsenal Lobo carries? Besides we have no clue how many Cell jr's Cell can make as he has only made six at one time. Also. The sun situation. Lobo rips off Cells arms, when he is up close to the sun, sticks two frag grenades in the stubs and then another into the mouth and forces him into the sun. The frag grenades prevent Cell from Regenerating his arms and head fast enough to use instant transmission.
