A Little Bizarre Bazaar "I welcome anyone into my rooms, but please be courteous and do one of the following: A. Have an invitation from me and remind me before hand B. Any type of forewarning will do if you really need to see me C. Knock before entering. I enjoy my privacy. As long as you respect these wishes, I really have no problem hosting you in my rooms." The stars say Urania is in:
Jay's Cafe Is Urania Alone?
N/a Is anyone there?
No They told her she could decorate her suite it how she wanted. They never said that she couldn't turn it into her own personal paradise. They also didn't say she couldn't have someone use magic to expand her place so she could have multiple rooms and decor styles, but that's besides the point. ("I am a giant ancient bird. I need my space.") The main room of her suite is lined wall to ceiling with different fabrics and materials, all leading up to a large, softly glowing flame lantern. About the room are large flat cushions and pillows, strewn this way and that in no real order or fashion. The tables situated about range in size from the size of a lantern holder, to the size of a dinner table, all made of a silver-ish metal that is ornately carved. Smaller lanterns burn about the room, giving the room a comforting glow that isn't too bright for Urania's sensitive eyes. This room is big enough to have many people over and have each stretch out to full length and be comfortable. She sees no reason as to why she shouldn't be able to provide a bit of home comfort to her guests and students if they come by. Connecting the rooms is a long hallway, linking the seemingly separate rooms together and to the doorway out. The people room is the first room you enter and if you pass by the large wooden divider, you will find the doorway to the hallway. Down this wooden hall and take the first right. That is what leads you to the 'Outdoor Room'. This interesting little hole in the wall looking place is actually a large rug covered area around a large furnace. The walls to the outside are actually windows spelled to let in the sunshine and breeze. This is handy with all the bugs and storms, Urania never really has to worry. The furnace, burning hot and eternally is held within ornate colored glass and metal in a lantern type shape. Being a desert bird, the fire reminds Urania of home and helps her relax during the colder seasons. The only time she will have people over to the outdoor room is when things begin to cool down. While the room is spacious and people can relax and eat in their, the problem is that the heat from the furnace is too much for normal beings. It burns nearly as hot as the desert, so she believes it best to only bring people there when it is cold. The winter chill with seep through her spelled windows and the warmth will dispel it. It also makes killer smores. Further down the hallway and to the next right sits a door carved with the images of birds and part of the story of Sinbad. Through this doorway is a slightly smaller room than the others, but a more important one. It resembles a miniature main room, but there are many differences. First, the colors are different. Instead of having vibrant blues or reds, the room is more subdued and dark, much like a cave or nest. Second, there are much fewer tables and lanterns, leaving more rooms to spread out and sleep. Third and most importantly, this room is her personal quarters, where she stores her valuables in trunks and boxes and pretty much lives. Connected to this room is a bathroom with all the needed amenities inside along with a small waterfall like area that makes a soft, white noise like sound to aid in her sleep patterns. The final door of the hallway, not left nor right but straight, is a room of both high importance and little remembrance. She loves her star room to death. A Large room, walls lined with metal and mirrors, floors coated in carpet, ceiling lined in fabrics, this room means so much to her. She has set up a light system that is dim, but shows the constellations clearly. She can sit on one of the cushions that line the walls and enjoy a drink while looking at the stars. The tables in this room are slightly smaller and bulkier but function as part of an anchor system for the magic she had woven in the room. The light from the lantern above shines straight down and to a mirror at the bottom, which then reflects the light everywhere, thus making the stars. It was expensive but well worth the time and money. She would love to teach from this room, but law dictates that she can't.

She kicked the door gently open, seeing as she never really shuts the door it merely swung open. From there she made her way past the main and outdoor rooms and pushed her way through the fabric that hid away her personal room. The eternal furnace in the room next door kept the room nice and warm, the soft sound of a brook in her bathroom providing a calm white noise and relaxing cool. She was careful when she placed him down on one of the beds, taking extra care to put everything he would need in his reach. She shuffled about, gathering her blankets and pillows and made it like a little nest for him. It was how she made her bed when she was sick, so it just came naturally. "Is there anything you need before I go bug certain djinn?"

Vincent grunted as he was set down. He looked around for a moment, before sighing, and closing his eyes. He truly was grateful, and to the point of exhaustion that he could sleep for days. "I'm okay, thank you.." he murmured quietly, before slowly drifting off to sleep. He let the warmth surround him, and relaxed a bit as the medicine fully kicked in.

She waited a moment until she was sure he was really asleep before she made any kind of movements. She placed a zebra print thin blanket over Vincent to keep him comfortable. She knew it could be a little intense for some beings, so she didn't want to smother him and cause hyperthermia. Once she was content with how everything was, she pinned the fabric of her bedroom open to allow sounds out and made her way down the hall to her star room. The door to her star room was left open as well, letting her hear everything going on in her rooms and letting the darkness of the unlit hallway draw some of the star light away. She activated the star lights and sat down, intending to fully enjoy the slow moving lights with a cup of rose water from a pitcher she had sitting about. She collapsed down on a couch and picked up her cup, her eyes drifting up towards the dim lights.

As the head master slept, his dreams intensified, and he was in a rather deep sleep. His entire body relaxed, and he felt nothing but comfort. The Gods began to speak to him, in his dreams, like always. He could see the stars shining in their eyes, and their voices soothed him. Vincent then only saw their faces, as every thing faded to black. His chest felt oddly heavy, and his breathing was shallow. The God's heart began pounding, and he felt it in his ears. He went to take breath, but couldn't. Oh my God, I'm going to suffocate! his mind began racing, as he thrashed and struggled to breathe.

A rustling noise caught her attention and a sudden influx of tense air rushed across her face, making her jump up from her seat, place her cup down and rush back to her room. As she sped down the hallway, she untied the heavy outer skirts, leaving her clad in her favorite long patchy loose skirt. This would help her if she needed to be a bit more nimble, and it's also a pain to wear in her rooms. She nearly skidded to a stop at her doorway, her hair turning silver, black, and gold in alarm at the sight of the thrashing figure on a bed. She rushed to his side but kept a calm air about herself as she knelt down beside him. He was hyperventilating and thrashing as if he was fighting off something. But this was something she'd seen often. It didn't surprise her that the god of chaos was subject to night terrors and sleep paralysis. She caught one of his hands in hers and placed it on her chest, breathing in and out slowly and carefully, making sure the motion could be felt. If her breathing was calm, she could influence his to calm also and that would make a world of a difference right now. Her other hand made quick work of pushing part of the nest away so she could slide in beside him and merely lay there. She kept her breathing even, her heartbeat steady and loud under their finger tips. She crooned softly to him an old lullaby a flock mate used to sing to the hatchies, something about distant stars and how they shine for love and hope. She could only hope this would help. It helped with the caravan kids and so far, Vincent has been just like a caravan kid. From his stubbornness to his phrasing, to the night terrors she'd seen in children without parents. She knew how to treat them and care for them. It would make sense to do the same for him.

Vincent could feel another, not so familiar heart beat. His body relaxed slightly, and he nuzzled a bit closer to her. He never received any comfort like this, and it felt..nice.. he slowed his breathing a bit, and coughed a few times, trying to get his heart beat to match the rhythm of hers. The head master's breathing slowed and became very shallow, to the point of not breathing at all. His body went limp, and like most God's, his body temperature began to instantly drop

The instant the Vincent's temperature began to drop, her temperature began to rise at a steady pace matching his. Once he began to hid frigid levels she pulled back, a snarl escaping her throat. "What do I have to do to keep you healing?! Kiss you?!" She began to shift her form, her hair fluffing up with the emerging feathers, her eyes lightening up and her nails becoming darker. She then slipped back against him, resting his back to her chest, resting his head against her shoulder and her hands over his heart. 'Lousy gods and their lousy drama!' She snarled internally as she began a pressure pattern against his chest, attempting to keep blood pumping through his system to pick the heat from her touch.

Vincent could only see scattered light, as every thing faded in and out. His entire body ached, and the Gods were speaking to him once more. Whispering filled his head, while pins and needles seemed to be attacking his body. He went completely limp, and the Gods began to scream loudly, echoing in his ears

Uranina hummed softly, slowly moving from keeping Vincent's heart pumping to just keeping him warm and comfortable. In her opinion, he wasn't going to come out of it soon and she would wait it out with him. Her temperature stabilized at her natural high, her feathers fluffing up and changing back to her seasonal colors of brown, red, and oranges. After nearly an hour, her humming became a song, soft and calm. It sounded rough and pitchy, but to her, it was her hatchling-hood and it made her happy. She let him move and nuzzle as he wanted, letting her arms rest over his waist. She tilted her head down as she would in her aviary form and closed her eyes, shutting her senses down to allow her face, which now rested against his head, to sense anything wrong.

The head master could hear her voice, faintly. He was lost in what seemed to be a world of darkness, with nothing but the Gods voices, and now Urania's singing. He wandered around, listening for any signs, but it was all chaotic. Like usual. After a while had passed, he gave up searching, and sat in total darkness. Vincent slowly, but surely, regained consciousness. But he was too tired to open his eyes. He was surrounded by heat, and attempted to curl up in a ball, to keep the warmth surrounding him. The God let out a small sigh, and hid his face. He just wanted to sleep, and then he'd be fine. Right? He wondered how much time he would have to spend, catching up, and it made his head hurt. So instead, he listened to the gentle singing, and drifted off to sleep

She slowly dropped off to sleep as Vincent's aura calmed. She moved her head again, this time her cheek being pressed against his, her breathing evening out to a near unnoticeable. She was like this for hours, feeling movement against her and moving to fit and make herself comfortable. When she awoke to her internal alarm clock, she found herself back on her back, chest to chest with Vincent, his head tucked against her neck. At some point a heavy blanket was pulled over them and her temperature had decreased, leaving them at the same heat as before the blanket. Her eyes widened and she allowed her eyes and nails to return to normal. Her hair was a different story as it was completely undone from its ties and bonds and still as poofy and as fluffy as ever, making a halo around the both of them of warm autumn colors. She groaned softly as she realized he was breathing against a sensitive spot on her neck and moved slightly so Vincent wouldn't wake up embarrassed.

Vincent huffed softly when she moved, and he nuzzled his face into her shoulder, taking in a deep breath. Vincent was finally warm, and comfortable. He didn't realize she was laying with him, as he was in a rather deep sleep. The head master didn't mind, as long as he was warm. He couldn't get comfortable, though, and groaned loudly, before rolling over on his stomach. He still kept his face against her chest, but tucked his arms underneath him.

Silence reigned for the next few hours, the sounds of her small brook and the wind outside the only challenge to the nothing that filled her rooms. She floated in and out of sleep, all of her senses silent except for her face, which she found, once again, was perched up. She looked down quickly to see how Vincent was doing only to blush violently as his face was pushing against her bosom. Normally, she wouldn't have a worry about it, except... Well... She would be a liar if she said she didn't think Vincent was cute. She also wasn't used to people sleeping on or with her, years having past since her caravan times. She tried to calm herself down, letting his breathing even out hers. She allowed herself to drift back to sleep. Hours later again had her waking up to silence, and yet again, more nuzzling against her. She wrapped her arms around him again and began humming. By her estimation, they'd been out for close to eight hours. She had no doubt in her mind that a certain djinn was probably antsy and went to go check the infirmary. Too bad he wouldn't find them there!

Vincent stirred a bit, when she began humming. It soothed him, and he smiled a bit when she wrapped her arms around him. The comfort reminded him of his previous relationship, and a tinge of sadness hit. He nuzzled closer to her, and held her close. He felt safe, and that was a first in a long while. The head master opened his eyes, still drowsy, and yawned. He whined a little, and moved his feet from under the covers. He absolutely hated that, and then with his eyes half closed, he nuzzled back up against her, and sighed.
