 Diesel was once more out to find more battles; he was determined to fight as many as he was physically able, as long as the war went on. Spotting a bird in the skies with him, marked as a death follower, he assumed, he dove at his new opponent, trying to barrel into her. HP: 20

 Shokoti was determined to become a better guardian for her camp, so she was almost gleeful upon seeing the cursed dive at her with wings like her own. Anticipating a glorious skyward battle, she allowed him to barrel into her with some force, and brought up her clawed talons to try to scratch and rend the winged one. HP: 18

Diesel indeed took several talons, starting to bleed already he flapped his wings to back up and unsheathing his large scythe, swung with all his might at the feathered foe. HP: 16

Shokoti's eyes widened at the appearance of the large scythe, and just managed to flap to the side to avoid it, though a few neatly sliced pinfeathers fluttered to the ground. Hoping the foe would be busy with his weapon's follow-through, she dove in and aimed a peck at the other's head. HP: 17

Diesel whiffed as the bird showed surprising speed and paid for it, the bird's beak driving deeply into his forehead. He grunted and flapped his wings to help pull himself apart and back enough to swing his weapon again, at one of the bird's wings. HP: 12

Shokoti screamed a bird's keen cry as the scythe sliced into her wing, taking more than just a few pin feathers this time. Flapping frantically in her attempt to stay airborne and splashing droplets of blood all about as she slowly began to descend, she tried to latch her claws onto the other and try to bring them down with her to the ground. HP: 14

This bird was fierce, and a good warrior. Again she was quicker than he gave credit for and her talons dug into him, hauling him down with her. He tried to swifly aim the haft at her face, also hoping if they landed hard, he'd land atop her for a cushiony landing. XD HP: 8 (so many 4s o.o)

Shokoti kept her claws in tight, even as a smack from the hilt of the other's weapon made her see stars. As a result, the landing was not as coordinated as she wanted, and as she landed in a heap, she tried to squeeze her talons tighter to try and deal some extra damage. HP: 12 ((I know! So epic!))

Diesel was able to extricate himself from the talons as they landed roughly, and rolling away he got to his feet as quickly as he could and aimed another swing with his weapon at the bird's body. HP: 7 (gonna get her epic glorious battle haha)

Shokoti scowled as she found herself letting go in order to roll away from the weapon as it sheared her feathers and scraped her skin painfully. Rolling over onto the ground, she tried to slash one of her taloned feet at the other, trying to hit him in the legs. HP: 10

Diesel took a few scratches as he backed up and made a decision. He sheathed his weapon, deciding his foe was too fast for it, as he lashed out a kick for the bird's head. HP: 5

Shokoti saw the incoming kick and tried to protect her head with her wings, but suddenly she thought better of it and tried to aim a peck at the incoming leg, figuring if she landed a good hit, it would be worth it. HP: 9

Diesel was getting tired. Blood was pouring down his face still from the beak wound earlier, obscuring his vision. He wiped at his eyes, taking another peck, though lighter, to his leg. Undaunted, he does a sort of crane kick, launching his other leg up at her head this time, trying to come back down on his other without falling over. HP: 3

Shokoti could tell her attacker was tiring, and it encouraged her. She ducked to avoid most of the crane kick and tried to sweep her other leg around while it was being done, in the hope of bringing her foe back to the ground. HP: 8

Somehow, Diesel was able to avoid being sweeped, using his wings a little to lift him off the ground just enough to stay upright. He tried something he hadn't since one of his earlier fights (mostly because it failed miserably), wrapping his wings around him with the spikes sticking out and rushing at her to try and impale her with them. HP: 2
