 Yasz was on a mission. He wanted another victory, sure, but he wanted one that would be a challenge. He wanted to impress his god and prove to himself that he was a great fighter. That last fight, his first loss, a horrible one, weighed heavily on his mind as he came upon the enemy camp....spotting one of the large corrupted, he steeled himself and skittered forward, swinging his halberd for her back or side.  HP: 21 Breena...was sleeping. On the job. Because she was board. When the weapon sliced into her she woke up with a screech and snapped her tail at Yasz.

Yasz was surprised he caught her sleeping, so surprised she was able to hit him hard with that tail. He stumbled a moment before aiming another slice at the serpent. HP: 17

Breena hissed in frustration as she turned to stare at the attacker. "Lovely. Another pest." She growled as Yasz struck her fairly hard once more. She lunged forwards to claw at the spider.

Yasz turned, gaining a few claws along his side, narrowing his eyes. "I am not the pest here," he says, aiming the butt-end of his halberd at her chest.

Breena slithered back enough to only receive a minor wound. Hissing at Yasz she snorted. "Says the spider. By nature you are a pest." She responded before attempting to smack the spider over the head with her feathery paw.

Yasz narrowed his eyes but spoke no more as she smacked his head hard. he shook stars free and slashed again for her side with his halberd.

Breena grimaced when the spider managed to slash her again. "I was napping so nicely too." She complained as she swept her tail around to try and smack Yasz's legs.

Yasz was able to hop over the tail and he attempted to land right down upon it, hoping his pointy legs would poke them good.

Breena gave a cry of pain as her tail was pierced by the spider legs. Instinctively she lunged forwards to try and crack her head into the spiders torso.

Yasz skittered to the side enough to only get brushed by the headspear attack, and tried to bring his halberd's haft horizontally (try saying that three times fast) to crack against her head.

With a small yeep Breena simply toppled over and laid on the ground in a daze. She blinked as her head swum. Planting her feathered paw on the ground she pushed herself up and took a swipe at the spider through her blurry gaze.

Yasz was skittering for a better angle and she gets lucky enough to swat his legs hard enough to cause some pain, he stumbles a little and grunts, before swinging his blade down at her again.

Breena rolled a bit and managed to avoid half of the slash that she would have taken otherwise. Shifting about, she tried to throw herself onto Yasz's back to knock him to the ground.

Yasz was not expecting such a move and she lands heavily upon him, causing all of his legs to give out and sprawl awkwardly. "You're heavy," he grunts, aiming an elbow back at her face.
