 Skittering back out to the battlefield, his god's words, no, warning, played across his mind. He wasn't sure if it was such a good idea for Antar to threaten his own followers, I mean, he was pretty sure many wouldn't want to come out and fight for fear of losing and gaining his wrath...but who was he to question him? He hadn't lost yet, and all he could do was hope that the streak continued. If it didn't, he'd have to keep trying and well...suffer any consequences if his luck changed. Hefting his halberd in a tight grip, he rushed toward the first cursed he spotted, and swung for his back. HP: 20

 :HP: 17 Shouless staggered as something his hit back fairly hard. He moved forwards a pair of steps, then immediately kicked a heel up behind him before spinning about to finally face his opponent.

The mule kick caught him square in a foreleg, which buckled; he had to put his halberd down briefly to steady himself and shake it out a little bit. But he then raised his weapon and slashed out again. HP: 16

Shou gave a small hop backwards and managed to partly avoid the returning slash from the spider. He drew his weapons and with a quick dart forwards he attempted to poke at the spider males leg joints.

His opponent's speed caught him off guard and he couldn't skitter back in time, the masked foe scoring sensitive hits on his legs; he felt them buckle again and he reared back on his back legs, partially to balance himself, but aiming to bring his front legs crashing down upon the enemy.

Shou started to withdraw from his forwards attack when Yaz came down on him with his legs. he didn't manage to avoid them and gained some deep gashes from the points. Huffing behind his mask, Sho dropped to one knee and threw his shoulder at the bottom part of Yaz's torso as hard as he could.

Yasz came down but not as well as he'd liked, his legs still hurt, and it didn't help when the cursed barreled into him. He stumbled, all of his legs trying to compensate for the ones that hurt, and swung his halberd down at Shou as hard as he could.

Shou stumbled as the halberd clopped down onto him. His hand snapped out to brace himself from falling onto the ground, but after a second of thought he allowed himself to tuck his arm under him/ he rolled to the side to get out from under the range of Yaz's legs. As he came up to his knee again, he flung one of his sai's at his opponent.

Yasz watched him roll and didn't see the weapon flash out; he'd never thought he would let go of his short range weapons -- until it buried into his chest. Reeling back a little in surprise, he grimaced and yanked it right back out before flinging it back at his opponent.

Shou saw the motion of Yaz's hand and he attempted to grab his weapon on it's return throw. he was partly successful in the fact he did grab the weapon, but the shorter tines jabbed into his hand. Without much of a chance in expression, easily done since he had no face to speak of, Shou lunged back at Yaz for a series of short jabs.

Yasz was already moving in on Shou after throwing the sai back at him, and took the jabs that came at him in stride as he swung once more with his halberd, straighth for Shou's side.

Shou stumbled again and practically hit the ground in pain. He was shaking now with effort as he pulled away from the Halberd that..appeared to have cut through his shoulder cleanly. his arm hung limp at his side. If he could frown he certainly would have at that point. Hugging, Shou snapped his sai in his goof hand at Yaz's chest.

Yasz didn't spend time to celebrate the good hit on his opponent; he skitters aside, not as nimbly as normal due to the damage to his legs, but enough to barely feel that sai as he raises up his weapon and attempts to bring the butt-end of the halberd down upon Shou's head.

Shou went down this time, and there wasn't any strength in him to get up. He hung his head and his red eyes dimmed slightly. His uninjured hand groped for the tiny mask at his belt and jerked it free. A tiny fingernail length blade was attached to the base, gleaming slightly with a numbing poison. In desperation he lifted his hand and attempted to jab Yasz in the abdomen with the fast acting agent.

Yasz saw him go down yet still reach for something, he moved, feeling something graze across his stomach, causing an odd numbing sensation, before making one more jab with the blunt end of his weapon to knock the cursed out.
