First Years:

(I believe Flying is a required course for first years, but must be a once a week/every two weeks kind of class)

Second Years:
Same core classes
Students choose two (or more with permission) elective classes over Easter holidays
Electives Available to Second Years:

Muggle Studies

Third Years:
Students required to continue core classes
May drop and elective, must add two or more new electives

Fourth Years:
Same as Third Years,
Continue Cores
May drop and elective (special circumstances may acquire another elective)
Preparation for OWLs

Fifth Years:
Same as 4th Year

OWLs in June

Sixth Years:
Do not know classes until results of OWLs
Upon return of results a student may consider what they would like to study
Student meets with head of house on first day of term to determine what they will take for the year
- if student fails OWLs they must discuss options with their head of house
- if student passes OWL in determined subject, they can choose if they would like to continue taking classes in determined course or not

Seventh Years:
TAG: There is very little on a wizard's seventh year, so this is all conjecture

Same courses as 6th year, but harder and most likely more specialized depending on what each wizard chooses to study.
(I imagine there is also a course regarding how to find jobs after graduation)

NEWTs in June


TAG: Every year finals are in June, beside 5th and 7th year when students take the OWLs and NEWTs (respectively)

OWLs:
Taken by 5th years
Required to take an OWL for each subject taken 5th year (such it is recommended not to start a new elective 5th year)
placement exam to see if you are able to continue studying certain subjects
