Place of Residence: Central Somnum
Personality: Relaxed, somewhat smug, and hard to impress.
Story: It's his business to intimidate. Fear and anxiousness are his specialty, he spends quite a bit of time exploring the massive fortress in Central Somnum. Looking a bit of an old relic himself, sometimes he spends hours sitting in wait to surprise lost souls wandering by.
He lives where the heat is most prominent, above the street atop the blatcksmith's shop. Where horses are shod and buckboards repaired, where the soot is thick and the ashes burn brightly, there is Nemesio. He's the fire to provide the shadows. Shadows and they that dwell within them are his closest friends.
The thrill of not knowing drives him, so he's fairly fearless to the point of reckless behavior.
