I think I can quote Jason X on this one. "We executed him for the first time in 2008. We tried everything. Electrecution, gas, firing squad we even hung him once. Nothing worked." Kenshin lacks the ability to beat Jason. He outclasses him in sheer speed, but not a single attack he can preform will really faze him. Jason's regenative capabilities will keep him from ever tiring out and Kenshin is only human.

What if Kenshin slices him to pieces?

DasUberGuy What if Kenshin slices him to pieces? How? It's not as simple as it sounds to you. It took Jason essiantially ten seconds to regenerate wounds he had taken from Freddy through out his fight. Kenshin would have to know what Jason was and what he was capable of and hit him with everything he's got. And seeing as the is "I kill people" Kenshin, he doesn't even know Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryu's secret techniques.

You misunderstand. This is Kenshin after he learned the secret techniques, but for the purposes of this match he is willing to kill. In effect, he's bloodlusted.

Regardless of bloodlust Kenshin would win this fight hands down no contest. I mean really. rolleyes
Kenshin could dance around the lumbering zombie all day long with his speed and impressive agilty.
Jason weilds a rusty machette while Kenshin weilds a finely crafted Katana. Jason would lose his weapon...and his hand in a matter of moments.
Kenshin is a highly intelligent individual. But when it comes to fighting and moves he is unsurpassed. It wouldn't take him long to figure out Jason's regen ability or the fact that he's not really alive (thus leaving Kenshin to hack without moral problems).
The bottom line is Kenshin is smarter, WAY faster, WAY more skilled, better equipped, and knows moves that could shred Jason into tiny bits from across the room. Would Jason "die" from being chopped up into tiny bits? No. But having his body diced and then separated would most certainly be considered a win for the Battosai.
