ARCAZ SOVEREIGNTY
The Outer-Cortex Space Station orbits the planet whilst piercing its very atmosphere. It is a research facility for the sovereignty and is open to anyone to visit but only members of the sovereignty can delve into the deeper sections that are usually off-limits. Here, the planet is kept protected from outside threats, and from the non-magic lands outside of Occulas, the space-staton can never be traced. This is because of something rare and unique, although the sky of the world is one and the same as the non-magic earth, but a different sky at the same time. Like a world hidden behind a world. Which way it cannot be fully determined. Hence the other moons outside the sky that cannot be seen from the normal Earth sky.
