Clan History The Yakuzain Clan are the biggest ninja assassin faction in eastern Amegakure.The Main Household is a combination of the Kurayami Clan (くらやみ一族, Kurayami Ichizoku; Literally meaning "Darkness Clan") ,and the Kyōka Suigetsu (鏡花水月; Literally meaning "Mirror Flower, Water Moon" Clan;Which was formed after the the death of Pain and Konan. Makai Yakuzain stepped forward as the sun shined on the land of rain.He appealed to the people as an ideal leader.His natural charisma,unconventionality,and over all ideology was perfect.The Yakuzain are a yakuza group with Makai Yakuzain as their leader and use the character for fear (畏) in a serpents eye,as their symbol. There are about ten thousand ninja who are considered members of the Yakuzain group, divided into about 70 sub-clans. The group itself has been in decline since the disappearance of the second head, Makai Yakuzain. They see the Uchiha as their Genjutsu Rivals and work hard to prove their superiority.
Clan's signature jutsu
Snake Hand: A clan martial arts technique, that imitates the movements of snakes. Proponents claim that adopting the fluidity of snakes allows them to entwine with their opponents in defense and strike them from angles they would not expect in offense. The users chakra takes a snake-like pattern around one of their hands.The user will then use his/her palm to physically strike his/her opponent. The technique attacks the opponent through touch with a snake-like form, and leaves a scar in the shape of a serpent on the flesh. It is said a "Master Snake hand fighter like Rihans father; unleashes a deadly snake so large that it looks more like a monstrous serpent than a mere snake, and simply rushes to attack the opponent without direct contact.
Binding Snake Glare Spell;The user summons one or two big snakes which crawl out from one's sleeves, and coil around the enemy capturing them. This is a great technique for capturing someone alive, or for inflicting damage by constriction, and if the situation calls for it, the snakes can bite the victim with their poison fangs.
Snakes summoned by this technique are on a whole other level in terms of intelligence and strength, compared to normal summons. It is said that even shinobi with great skill are unable to escape from this restraint.
Kenjutsu:
A Rank-Torite (捕手, "Catching Hand"): Being a sub-discipline of Jujutsu, Makai has shown himself to be a true master of the Torite technique. Appropiately named "catching hand", the Torite is a technique that allows for a martial arts master to deflect and catch actual weapons. With a skill level like Makai , the Torite becomes great to catch the blade of even most Zanjutsu masters. The idea of Torite, or rather his use of it, works according to the method at which Makai uses his hand or fingers to catch onto an opponent's sword. Using a single finger to block the strike of a sword is one of her favorite uses of Torite. In reality, Makai allows his finger to act like "a rock in the river", allowing energy to circle around it without any harm befalling it. By his immense comprehension of energy and force flow, Makai causes the entire force behind the opponent's sword attack to essentially move around his finger and escape from the opposite end in the very miniscule instant that her finger and the opponent's blade come into contact; that very instant. In this sense, at the very nanosecond that her finger and the blade make contact, the force behind the blow has completely abandoned the sword strike, meaning it has returned to a state of rest, making it child's play for Makai to hold the blade's sharp edge with his finger. Therefore, the only conceivable possibility to actually strike Makai with a sword strike comes down to pure skill, not strength nor motion of the swing. Therefore, attemting to strike down Makai with a single sword technique is virtually impossible and must require a combination of masterful timing and master-class skill level in order to land a contact blow.
Crescent Moon Slash ( 三日月スラッシュ, Mikazuki Surasshu ): This technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force and speed, it can slice through a large boulder. It takes the form of a crescent shaped uppercut slash.
Moonlight Song (月光の曲, Gekkō no Kyoku): This is a special technique used by Rihan during the night time. By reflecting the moonlight off his blade, Makai can send a small wave of light along the ground toward her opponent.
Striking Moon (ムーンを打つ, Mūn o utsu): Makai holds his blade straight and then charges forward to attack an opponent with a thrust. This allows him to increase the distance between him and an opponent.
Moonlight Water (月水, Tsuki-sui): This technique is used when surrounded by water. Rihan will use his blade to lift waves of water from around him, the opponent then gets distracted by his reflection on the water; Makai uses this distraction to attack the opponent from above, landing a quick strike.
Tsukiyūrei (月幽霊, moon spectre): With the user is able to make himself temporarily intangible causing physical attacks to phase through him, but only for a very limited period of time; its maximum time being 10 minutes at a time,but this taxes Health greatly and can blur vision if used excessively.(One use per every 3 post.
Secret Technique: Risangetsu (離散月, Scattering Moon - Cherry Blossoms:The target sees the illusion of purple cherry blossoms falling around them. As their vision begins to blur and become unfocused, their consciousness becomes muddled, disoriented, and confused. Shortly thereafter, the target blacks out altogether, losing consciousness, only to awaken with an unclear memory of what occurred.This can only be used once in battle and wears off after three of the users post.
Kyōka Suigetsu (鏡花水月; Literally meaning "Mirror Flower, Water Moon") It distorts an enemy's perception of the user by creating an illusion akin to an afterimage that allows the user to attack from behind or have additional time to recover.
Flash:A swift attack where the user swings his sword,releasing a sharp crescent in the arc that the blade was swung.
Iaidō Strike:Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with his sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards.This attack is most affective against monsters and can be used to block attacks.
Bougetsu Flash: The user slashes upwards to create the image of a full moon, then slashes down at an angle to slice through the moon, staying rooted to the ground during the attack
Sakugetsu Flash: The user swings one sword in a single, large, crescent moon-shaped arc, which occurs with such ferocious velocity that the technique can be employed in situations where only a very limited time to react is available. The swing can be used to counter attacks from multiple opponents simultaneously when timed correctly
C Rank- A Thousand Needles of Death:Using this technique, the user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. They then direct them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he or she doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route.
B Rank- Black Tortoise Tsunami:Makai creates a giant tortoise with a serpent for a tail completely made out of water. Purple water for the head, legs and tail and black water for the shell.
It primarily attacks by shooting jets of water from the mouth and tail that are powerful enough to crush boulders. It can also be used as a defensive technique by protecting the user inside its shell, the black water makes the user visually hidden from enemy attacks.
Rank C-Water Mirror Technique:Makai creates a large, flat, circular pool of water in front of their opponent. Its surface acts like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the attacking targets. By then rotating the 'mirror' 90°, the reflections emerge and materialise from the mirror, where they collide with the mirrored targets. As these reflections use the exact same techniques as the enemy regardless of its type, they counter their respective target's attack completely, while repelling them in the process. However, upon impact, the reflections disperse back into water and the user is susceptible to the backlash.
A Rank- Serpent's Eye Charm: A simple but strong genjutsu where the user's eyes become snake-like and the target becomes hypnotised or "charmed" upon eye contact. While under it's effect, the person will be unable to move leaving them vulnerable to attacks. To negate this, all someone has to do is break the eye contact between the victim and the user.
Orochi-Jagan(Serpents Evil Eye):Cannot control their ability that well and many times will talk telepathically either without knowing it or by doing it on accident. Any technique associated with the kekkei genkai is also effected, as they often occur in the same manner; either without knowing it or by doing it on accident.
Experienced - No Rank
Their third eye is fully open without any other visual additions. They can control their ability to an extent. They can see chakra, chakra flow, and the potential of the targets chakra in great detail as well as the colour of chakra.They will have their ability perfected as long as they are looking at the host.
Advanced - E Rank
The eye's iris turns crimson in color. They have perfected their ability and can now talk telepathically with whomever they wish.(within a nation they are in). Also grants abilities such as penetrative vision as well as the ability to hinder other dōjutsu such as the Byakugan slightly.
Mastered - D Rank
The eye's iris turns back to black and the sclera of the eye turns to crimson. The users genjutsu is heightened.
Second Awakening - C Rank:
The first stage enables the user to tap into locked potential of the Orochi-Jagan Eye. This is done through surpassing a genjutsu placed on them, one in which is triggered at the Darkness Temple. This also allows them to become aware of all clan abilities and whatnot, giving them knowledge of further stages of the advanced form of the Orochi-Jagan Eye.
The Orochi-Jagan Eye also gains a few passive abilities. The eye is not a normal eye, so the effects of light and darkness does not effect it. The eye can easily see in the dark and isn't effected by bright light.
Also, the eye can literally see through genjutsu, so essentially, any genjutsu (excluding those used by Kages ,Those of higher rank,and Advanced Sharingun users.) will be seen through.
One last ability is that it can see chakra just before it's released, meaning they can tell when someone is about to use a technique or chakra in any sort of way.
Second Experienced - B Rank
The second stage enables the user to use telekinesis. They are able to move objects with their mind. There is no real limit on these abilities; it is all based on the user's chakra. The heavier the object and the longer they maintain the ability determines on the strain on the user's body. Light objects, such as ones that weigh less than five pounds, cause little strain on the user's body. However, heavier objects, such as ones that weigh over one thousand pounds, cause great stress on the user's body. This stage is enabled through yet another surpassing of a genjutsu triggered at the Orpchi-Jaganshi Temple.
Second Advanced - A Rank
This stage enables the user to read people's minds as long as the user is looking at that person. This does not allow them to read what the person is thinking but, instead, allows them to read the memories of the person. The accessible memories is limited to the point where the user lasts sees a person, meaning to gain access to a person's new memories, he must see them again. This stage is unlocked through surpassing another genjutsu triggered at the Tengu Temple
Demonic Illusion: Death Mirage Jutsu:This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, the users eyes send rainbow-colored rays to the targets.Second, wind will blow upward from the ground and an imaginary circle of multicolored petals will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in and seeing them will catch the target off guard. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.In extreme cases this could lead the opponent into a state of shock.This is normally a last resort due to the fact that whoever this jutsu is used on might not ever recover from the shock fully.
Advantages: Great Chakra control,Higher Level of perception,
Can perform jutsu without hand seals (Eventually or when using the snake hand),Masters of stealth and assassination techniques,Very influential in the Ninja world,Snake and Crow Summoning can become second nature.
Disadvantages: Currently losing credibility due to the Massacre of the main household.
The Orochi-Jagan if used recklessly can block the users chakra flow for weeks.In its early stages.To prevent this the user must go into a state of hibernation for at 1-2 days ( 5 posts if in a large battle.2-3 if anywhere else)
The Orochi-Jagan is affected by the chakra blocking affect to a degree when first being used.It it's possible to rupture the users eye by causing a chakra build up while the eyes are active.This would cause the user to be blinded.(one eye without treatment=4 post to heal enough to see thru( If treated 2-3 depending on the healer). Both eyes (6 post)
Children of this clan are usually "late bloomers" and need a lot of training to reach their true potential.
Fire chakra is difficult to learn.
If a ninja war to arise the Clan would most likely disband or claim neutrality.
Weak in weapon use(When not using swords,Nagitana,or kunai).
Initially weak in summoning.
Weak against taijutsu.
