Flavor Information  Gorgonzola is an Italian veined blue cheese that is made from unskimmed cow's milk.
Gorgonzola cheese can be of a young or an old variety. Gorgonzola that has not been aged long is called Dolce (or Sweet Gorgonzola) and is creamier and milder than the aged version. It is generally used for various sauces and spreads. Piccante Gorgonzola (also called Gorgonzola Naturale, Gorgonzola Montagna, or Mountain Gorgonzola) are the aged varieties. They are sharper and more crumbly which make them good additions to the tops of prepared dishes or for eating by themselves. Gorgonzola is most frequently served as a dessert cheese at the end of a meal.

Appearance :: Somewhat mysterious given his penchant for never removing the half mask that covers the top half of his face. His skin is a golden bronze, and has a multitude of blue veining marks. Instead of hair, he quite literally has a head of snakes. Each of them seems to have a personality of their own and are constantly in motion.

Name :: Elyse Collins

Occupation :: Freelance Writer. Also sings/ performs with her friend, and publicist, Jongdae in a small bar several days a week for extra cash.
Residency :: A decently sized, 2 bedroom apartment located on the outskirts of the city. She enjoys the view that the lights of the city provide at night, but appreciates the distance and quiet that living on the outskirts gives her.
Appearance :: Being rather petite in stature, the combination of her height and facial features make her appear to be a lot younger than she actually is. She has large grey eyes, that pretty much make her appear to be in a perpetual state of surprise. Her hair is a light brown and falls down to her mid back in soft waves.
Likes :: hot tea with a touch of honey, curling up in a plush blanket on rainy days, cooking/baking, dancing
