Many of you know who Virgil/Deq/DK is.
Well, last night his account was hacked.
We're sure that all his valuables are gone.
He doesnt know the answers to the secret questions so his account can't be recovered
and the mods can't really help without those answers.
So, I'm here, as a good friend of Deq's telling you guys that he resigns from his position here in LAID.
I'm sorry.
Post any comments you have to him in here and He'll get them.

Wait, I was hacked in October and my account was returned. This war isn't over yet!
The moderator that checked in on the case checked also the IP addresses that logged in/out.
I had my account, with everything in it, returned by late November. Kittiara's a good witness to this, as I've contacted him with my noob before that time.
There's a good chance for a full recovery, I'd think. ^_^

I agree with Tiny, the secret question password recovery system doesn't work anymore anyways.
My friend was hacked she lost all her stuff, horns, fairy wings, etc...
Anyways, after talking to a mod for awhile they were able to prove that the account was in fact hers and all her stuff was returned, and the hacker was caught.
There is still a chance.

Anyways, after talking to a mod for awhile they were able to prove that the account was in fact hers and all her stuff was returned, and the hacker was caught. There is still a chance.

Tell him to PM Stop Him, i got my account not by simply answering my security questions [i'd forgot them gonk ] but by asking me what my last trade was, what was last item i bought from MP, last item bought from store.
He's a fair mod and WILL get your account back. heart
