This is the home of Shinka Honda, the literature and he is willing to allow one or two more people stay at his place as residents. Shinka swooped down from the sky and landed on the balcony of his apartment that was on second floor. He was feeling tired after a long day of teaching, "Getting to do what you always wanted to do isn't the least ever bothersome" he thought as he changed the size of his wings to being mini size again. Sliding the door open he walked inside then slide the door back. After setting down his bag on the coffee table he sat down on the couch so he could do some grading on some school papers.

Shinka did some grading for a little while then took a small break to get a snack from the kitchen. He knew full well would probably be staying in this bedroom apartment by himself, but he gave him hope for his imagination. "No one is going to willingly stay in an apartment with a teacher not even a teacher" he mumbled then ate the sandwich he made.

Shinka finished up his sandwich and reminded himself mentally to think about this in a positive way. "There are benefits to living alone and talking to one's self is not one of them" he said to himself as he returned to the living room. He figured he could change the other bedrooms into anything he wanted since no one else was using them.

Shinka sat down back on the couch and resume grading papers then watched the news afterward. When it was close to sunset he walked out to the balcony and expand his wings before he flew off for some evening flying.

 Matt walk up to the door and knocked on it. "Anyone here..?" He said putting his bags on the ground. He hoped that someone was here, so he didn't have to go threw the trouble of finding another roommate. He knocked on the door again to make sure he was heard.

Shinka heard the knocking on the front door through the open balcony door when he returned from his evening flight. He stood on the balcony railing and used his telekinesis to unlock and open the front door. He hopped down then walked inside, "Welcome. Looking for a place to stay?" he asked the teen after seeing the bags.

Matt looked at him as he nodded. "Yes I do sir, could I stay here sir?" He asked nicely. He looked around the room a little bit without walking it. Matt hoped he would let him stay here.

Shinka was a bit surprised to hear the boy wanted to stay in this apartment. He didn't have standards or requirements a potential new resident had to meet so he had no reason to turn the boy away. "Yes, you can. Come on in, there are two rooms available upstairs you can pick either room that you want to use" he instructed him like the teacher he is even when off work.

Genkawolf Shinka was a bit surprised to hear the boy wanted to stay in this apartment. He didn't have standards or requirements a potential new resident had to meet so he had no reason to turn the boy away. "Yes, you can. Come on in, there are two rooms available upstairs you can pick either room that you want to use" he instructed him like the teacher he is even when off work. "Thank you." He smiled and walked into the room, setting his bags down on the floor. "Would I be able to go upstairs and put my stuff away?"

"By the way my name is Mr.Honda or you can call me Shin" he introduce himself and didn't dare to risk mention his real first name. "Ok Shin, nice to meet you." He walked upstairs and into an empty room. He put his clothes into a drawer and put his laptop on his bed. He sat down on his bed and pulled out some headphones and turned on his laptop. He plugged in his headphones and started Windows up.

Shinka watched him head upstairs then he walked to the kitchen to get a glass of water. He set the glass on the counter then looked into the fridge to figure out what he was going to cook for dinner tonight. ((You can send me the picture of your character's room so I can insert it in the first post))
