do you believe in spirits? what do you think a spirit is? is it a ghost? are there evil spirits? good spirits? Let me know what you think.
This discussion, I would like you to post what you think about spirits. there will be other topics in this forum to discuss other things. this is one for discussing spirits ghosts, phantoms and other entities like that.
Please post and let me know what you think of this forum. Feel free to make topics in the forum.

Ghost: A returning or haunting memory or image.

I greatly believe in spirits and residual "hauntings" of ghosts. They are a part of this world as you and I are, no question about it. Yet, what makes a spirit? How is a spirit able to communicate and remain in contact with the universe? Hmmm...maybe each spirit has its own energy collecting magnetic field, enabling for manifestations and movement.
Just as there are bad people walking this earth I also believe there are bad spirits in the Other world. The question for this is "why?". I haven't possibly come up with a sort of explanation for it though...
Spirit guides? Certainly. Even within ourselves we have this energy absorbing center that collects both good and not so good experiences that teaches us from it. The more intellectual forms of spirit tend to try and pass messages through their realm into ours so we are not misguided (this seems especially true for family members who have passed on).
Meh...at least this is all what I think. I'm always open to correction and observation on this. I tend to take a great scientific/philosophical look on things sometimes...a terrible habit of mine when it comes to the world beyond. Thank you for letting me share :]

indeed, i too believe in ghosts and haunting... few years ago when i was the only one staying in dorm for weekends i often heard somebody walking around on second floor corridor.. despite the facts that i was the only one with key, it was weekend, it was 4 am, doors were locked and i had already checked that corridor twice ^^ once when i had this huge fight with our dorm lady i went to my room and tried to sleep.. i was furious, she was furious and screaming in hallway... and just when i shut my eyes and about to dream, i heard a whisper in my ear "sweet dreams" ...well this is how i became a believer ^^ ...creepy ^^

I do believe in spirits, Ghosts not so much. I don't believe in ghosts mainly because I've never had an experiance involving one. I believe in the possibility of ghosts, but until I sense one for real, Im on the skeptical side. I definately believe there are evil spirits, for what is good without evil?

All I have to say is seeing is believing, and I've seen my fair share of spirits and also had some pretty weird stuff happen to me and the rest of my family. If it hadn't been for a protective spirit waking my mom in the middle of the night and yelling at her to check the baby, my sister would not be with us, she had stopped breathing due to a very high temperature and the spirit saved her life.
I've also seen spirits pr ghost in my house and not just of people, we also have a small dark coloured dog that likes to wander around our house.
They like to play jokes and try to scare people, they tried to scare away one of my boyfriends once with a ton of spooky noises and footsteps, he swore he'd never stay at the house again.
