Item 1: there is no energy-exchange system currently in place in this Guild. While I normally don't say this, I'm willing to bet that you copied this whole cloth from some other Guild with a different battle system. We battle with roleplaying skill here.
Item 2: This Guild generally prefers members to earn Shikai, Bankai, and the like, including Vizard masks.
Item 3: Please use the standardized profile format for your profile. Once you do this I will review more in-depth.
