Erynion strolled through the woods, happily humming to himself. It was late afternoon and the sun was steadily setting beyond the horizon, not that he could tell given how far into the woods he was. The darkness of the woods made him think it was night. It didn't bother him, his wings gave off a bright enough glow for his bright eyes to see.
He had yet to explore these woods and he wondered to himself why he hadn't done it sooner. They sure seemed magical - to his little mind, at least. He tiptoed through, carefully as to not disturb any sleeping predators. He curiously sniffed, licked and glanced at mushrooms that glowed like his wings. He walked into a spiderweb and sneezed, brushing the silk from his face. He was enjoying this place. It was.. odd.

Sumire wondered through the dark woods. It had rained not so long ago causing the woods to have a distinct woodsy/damp smell. She inhaled the air she loved the smell of the woods after the first rain there was something magical about it.
Plus a good walk through the woods could help stop some of her boredom. Life just wasn't the same now that her foals were grown up. As a mother you wanted to see you children happy and it her that her daughter was no where to be found.
She knew Regin had been suffering depression because of her lack of wings. Sumire only hoped her daughter would realize was a beautiful mare she was and she would come home soon. Sumire sighed no life just wasn't the same.

(Ignore adult cert. It changed cause of my teepee XD)
Erynion caught the sound of hoof-fall ahead of him and wondered if it was an enemy or a future friend. He was cautious in continuing further and he stepped lightly, wings fluttering slightly to take some of the weight off of his hooves.
He peered ahead of him, waiting to see the glint of red eyes or fangs.

Sumire walked along enjoying the peace and serenity of the darkened Forest path. She fluttered her wings in pleasure emitting glittery dust. Ah at least she didn't have to be careful when she was alone. Sumire knew if another soq had been around who had no moth blood she would have been in trouble. For mouth dust would stun non moth soq while it was dangerous it could be used to detour pray on the other hand some poor soq could have been stunned. Sumire herd a noise detouring her away from her thought process. Up ahead she could make out some movement. It didn't appear to be large so her sense of curiosity was awakened she walked in the same direction as the approaching figure.

Ahead of him, Erynion saw a shimmer of.. glitter? He skipped forward, eager to see what was waiting for him ahead, the magical fairy dust completely pushing away any thoughts of evil soquilli he had in his mind. He stopped just shy of a mare and look up at her, blinking. She had the wings of a butterfly but these wierd.. sticks coming out of her head.
He tilted his head to the side and looked her up and down. "If it weren't for the sticks in your head, I'd say you were a butterfly, ma'am." Pressing his nose against her leg he sniffed her. "You don't smell like one, either."
Erynion looked up at her again a twinkle in his eyes that rivaled the twinkle in his wings. "Are you Queen of the butterflies?"

"ha ha," oh this was nothing to be concerned about just a funny little foal. Sumire was amused at his trail of thought.
"Well that a thought. While i think it would be lovely to be queen of the butterfly's. I'm a different sort of breed. I'm a type of soq called a moth. We have antenna and prefer dark places like dark Forrest. Though i do have to comprise with my mate he loves sunny places.
But little one why are you wondering into into this neck of the woods. While it is lovely location it is a bit in the middle of nowhere?" Sumire felt a little concerned really a little foal shouldn't be so far from it's mom.

Ery tilted his head to the side, wings fluttering to match his confusion. "A m..moth? I've never heard of such a thing.."
He frowned lightly, this was really wierd. What kind of butterfly wouldn't like to be in the sunshine? All the best flowers bloomed in the sunshine, he thought. Maybe there's pretty flowers that bloom in darkness?
He peered up at her antenna's. "They look fuzzy. Do they hurt?"

"Oh they are fuzzy and soft! Or at least my mate does, he thinks they are very cute. He also thinks fuzzy hair on my legs is cute. Ah what a good male." Sumire winked, she smiled warmly in delight at the foal really foals could be so cute at times. " No they don't hurt at all their just a fuzzier version of a butterfly antenna. But While moths are very similar our wings are also slightly different. Sumire fluttered her dark blue glowing wings carefully. See there a different shape then butterflies and mine glow illuminating my way through dark places.

Ery tiptoed forward, moving closer to the older mare before him and rubbed his cheek against her legs. He giggled and pulled away. "They are fuzzy! And ticklish."
He watched her wings and nodded in agreement. "My wings glow, too!" He fluttered them proudly and smiled. "Not as brightly as yours. Yours are very pretty."

" Why thank you i'm quite very proud of my wings." Sumire slowly fluttered her wings . Her wings glowed excitedly as if agreeing with her statement. But little one your wings are simply lovely and their shape is very unique." Sumire gazed at the young foal and smiled ,"Why if i had pretty wings like yours i strut around with my chest out and my head held out high."
