Had myself a salad from Jack in the Box today. Went in there with intention of getting a few chicken sandwiches, so I'm a bit proud of myself.
Gonna have another salad tonight for dinner, then a night of drinking with a few friends. I feel good bout this.

*sigh* You are going to be fat. It's obviously going to happen, so gorge while you can still open your mouth and it's not forced shut by the thousands of extra chins that will be pressed up against your moobs. Enjoy.
Either that, or you can eat healthy, exercise, and put a little effort into life.
Not everyone can be blessed like Moro and I.

1. Stop drinking tea, fruity juices, and coke. Since I am underaged, I only drink the following: 90% Water, 7% Milk, 3% Orange Juice.
2. Consider buying salad and fruits at your grocery store. The salad is really cheap if you just buy it in heads or packages. Then you just buy the s**t you put on it blah blah. If you have fruit around your house more often, the more likely you will go for it than to go for the Snickers.
3. Pretzels and Cheese Nips and Triscuits are your new chips. Deal with it.
4. Limit the eating out stuff.
Then once you get used to it, you can start going bulimic or whatever.

If you want to start exercising, if you decide to go the weight training route such as I, take small doses of Protein powder once a day for about a week or two, then move onto small doses 3x a day. Never take the serving size on the label.
If you want to get bigger in muscle mass, research Creatine.

Don't do creatine unless your dedicated to the process. Also bunch of water.

Creatine takes the water from your body and puts it into your muscles.
I would not recommend take it regularly unless you were being active, other wise It might help you turn into a neckbeard instead of get you BIG AND BUFF AND STRONG
