 These Training Grounds are almost buffer than The Squad One Training Grounds. Thus it has many diffrent terrains. It also contains a large arena in the middle where many shinigami battle against strong Hollows in order to train themselves.

Baraku Kuchiki/Madaraki,Unknown Son of Byakuya Kuchiki,Loner
Baraku walked into the large arena and used the automatic control's to send many hollow's his way, he managed to defeat many of them without releasing his blade.He then sent a signal to release a Meno's into the arena.The Menos' large foot almost crushed Baraku when he appeared on it's head and stabed it through.He then released his blade and it scattered, sliceing the menos to piece's. .
.....and prove that I am of his Clan!

Kyubi stood in the training grounds, waiting for the man who'd challenged her, Though He never showed up yet. She held her released zanpakuto in her right hand as she waited. She was actually getting tired of waiting.

There was a sudden rumbling noise that came from far in the distance... Something that looked like a black and white comet came crashing into the Squad Zero Training Grounds, creating a massive crater in the center that stretched nearly half a mile deep. Out of it, there were two beings, both in elegant kimonos, one with long, dangling, strawberry hair, the other with pitch black, wild locks. They were purely enemies at this rate. The younger, a girl named Hisana Kurosaki, the Captain of Squad Zero. The other, the second worst enemy to the shinigami, Rukia Kuchiki, the Cero Fantasma. Mother and daughter, shinigami and Hellfire...angel full of heart, and a demon, completely heartless.
Hisana suddenly skyrocketed into the air with the air with the best of her shunpo abilities, aiming a palm down at Rukia, the long white sleeves delicately floating in the air. Her storm-gray eye was narrowed, slit, dead serious, had the ambition of a nocturnal hunter. One could mistake her for such a beautiful goddess, until... "Hado Number 31: Shakkahō." A sudden sphere as large as herself went flying like a bullet towards the Hellfire, until she quickly performed a Sonido, dashing out of the way as the Hado created a smaller crater within the larger one.
Rukia was now standing behind her daughter, holding the katana to her back. "Noche de Tormenta." A blizzard of black snow came flying out of nowhere, speeding towards the shinigami. Hisana was too smart to fall for that, as she calmly held her blades forwards, holding back the storm... Although, the snow was a diversion. "Some no Mai. Tsukiakai." The ground around them began to light up, a dark reiatsu seeping through the ground. Hisana gasped slightly, shunpo'ing as fast as she could. Upon reaching the outer edge of the training grounds, a large pillar of ice extended to the skies, freezing everything in its path. Hisana managed to barely escape it, although her left arm holding an inverted Sode no Shirayuki got caught, rendering her close to immobile.
The Cero Fantasma approached calmly, suddenly grasping her daughter by the throat, long, black clawed fingers digging through the skin, seeping blood. "You cannot fight in your current condition," she explained in a heartless, monotonous voice. "Not with your zanpakuto frozen-"
"GETSUGA TENSHO." Hisana's other arm suddenly dropped down, letting another sword escape from her sleeve; she grabbed it quickly, waving it in a slashing motion as an enormous tidal wave of her demonic reiatsu came crashing down from the sky above their heads... Rukia recoiled, letting go of the shinigami and performing Sonido once more, now standing on the outer edge of the grounds as she watched her daughter get caught in her own attack. "So you wield two zanpakutos in your Bankai," she wondered. Her head lightly shook, as she then demanded her daughter learn... "Think before you act. Without a plan, you will surely lose... However, with two katanas, you may not need to think very much. You are learning how to become as reckless as your own father..." As the attack cleared, she raised an eyebrow, taking in the fact her daughter managed to partially escape the ice pillar, her robes tattered, skin bloody and charred. She was panting, weakened quite a bit. Rukia's arms crossed over her chest, her eyes closed, waiting for the girl to slightly recover before performing another move she hadn't used in a long while...
Although that plan suddenly changed when she heard the faint sound of a whistle bowing through the air... Her hollowfied eyes immediately snapped to her daughter's hand...which was holding a Zodiac whistle, that she was blowing into with all her breath. "He said to use it when I was in trouble," she said solemnly, "and I don't think I've been in more trouble than this!" "What are you doing child...?" Rukia was confused, until a slightly exhausted smirk appeared on Hisana's face. "When in doubt, call for help. And I think the God of the Zodiacs is all the help I need..." Rukia raised an eyebrow, her lips slightly parting... "Pandora..." she whispered, remembering the shinigami from so long ago...
...Her soul forever haunted
But the number of moments that take your breath away...

Why was i created... Pandora, Zodiac God The sound of the whistle got weaker as it lingered in the air, a tremendous amount of Reiatsu coming from all around them, It startedto gather in one point as a large tower of reiatsu exploded into the air, this reiatsu never stead the same color for too long, then as it cleared a man stood looking at Rukia, his appearence much diffrent from when he was a shinigami, "You Called Hisana?.....and i can see why" He said as he looked at Rukia still, "My, my.....You looked more beautiful back then Rukia....but now.....I pity you!" He said as he stood his long cloak flowing in the breeze created by his reiatsu.His eye's flickering between color's the whole time.
To be someones pawn?!, I think not!

Rukia recoiled as a large pillar of reiatsu developed in the middle of the grounds...and there stood a familiar face she hadn't seen in a long time... "Pandora..." she whispered softly, starting to lower her katana slightly. Hisana sighed weakly as Pandora appeared, looking up at him, considering he was six feet tall and she was only five foot, seven inches. "Sorry..." she tried to explain. "Something went down in Hueco Mundo beforehand and I needed a little backup..." She nervously scratched the back of her head; her eyes suddenly dilated as she felt a blade come slashing up her torso with a swift movement of the Fantasma's hand. Blood shed all over her, as her eyes went blank. The same red liquid dribbled form the corner of her mouth, and she was suddenly falling to the ground below...
The Cero Fantasma glanced at Pandora. "You 'pity' me?" she repeated. "...You speak so harshly... No matter. If you interfere with this battle between me and my daughter, I will not hesitate to cut you down..." She suddenly dove down for Hisana with extreme speed, blade pointed straight out to impale her in the bloodiest way possible...
...Her soul forever haunted

Why was i created... Pandora, Zodiac God Pandora looked at Hisana as she was cut down, His expression didnt change.He then moved as Rukia went toward Hisana intent on Impaleing her, He then managed to stop Rukia's blade easilly, "You where much stronger back then too!" He said, his expression was still emotionles. He then held his free hand out as a Symbol appeared around Hisana and a Beautiful woman surrounded her consealing her in a large pot full of water, this water began to seep into Hisana's wound's closing them, The pot itself didnt stay in the same place for too long as it vanished and reappeared, The time's in which it vanished changed each time, so it you could not tell where or when it would vanish from.He then looked at Rukia again. "I do not mind interfearing...only if it bring's out peace!" He said to her.and then a blade formed in his other hand and he thrust it forward, intent on throwing he backward's.

The Fantasma suddenly felt her katana stopped immediately, now eying Pandora grimly, despising him at the moment out of everything she could imagine. She listened calmly to what he had to say, showing no expression as his blade rushed forward; her body was thrusted back, crashing into the weaponry shed that stood nearby.
Hisana felt something surrounding her, like a huge pot of water; for a moment, she imagined she was drowning, but after it disappeared, she could regain mobility, and flew at high speed, just as Rukia got back up, lunging for Pandora. Her eyes were flaming with a dark purple reiatsu, her soul much infuriated on the inside, though she didn't show it. He will not get in my way again... she promised through her thoughts...but not after Hisana was suddenly in front of her, holding up one zanpakuto to block her own. "Your time here is done..." she gravely commanded, hair hanging over both of her eyes as she spoke in a deadly manor, "and if you so wish to cut down Soul Society, then you leave me no choice..." Rukia withdrew her blade, a slight bit confused about what the girl was doing. But her expression suddenly changed to a slight bit of shock when both of the blades she were wielding sunk into the ground below her feet...
The three were now standing in what looked like an empty, dark violet void of emptiness. Hisana opened her eyes, glaring at Rukia. A large ritual circle started to form, tracing various lines on the ground, forming a six-pointed star within a large circle. Thousands of katana blades outlined the circle, trapping them all in... Hisana's lips parted, starting to chant her incantation...
O wicked spirit, born of a lost soul drowned in sin.
Receive judgement from the grail of the Holy Spirit.
Cleansed of worldly impurities...
Return to the Hell from which you emerged.
A vibrant array of beautiful pink cherry blossoms was coming out of the lines underneath her feet, surrounding her and Rukia... The Fantasma kept a straight face, but on the inside, she was shocked. She hadn't seen something this powerful since Senbonzakura Kageyoshi...
Hisana snapped her arms straight out to the sides, hands spread wide open as if to command the petals at her will... From each little sakura petal emerged thousands of pure white snowflakes... Everything was picking up speed as her spiritual power skyrocketed through the atmosphere... Then everything came to a near stop as her pupils dilated, her hair blew back to reveal the Hollow eye, and she shouted...
Sakura no Shirayuki... KAGEYOSHI!!!
Everything immediately detonated; the ritual circle shone in extreme bright lights, the katana blades around them exploded, the snow and petals swirled around wildly in a tornado... And Rukia managed to escape.
Several minutes later, everything cleared up. They were back in reality; Hisana was bruised and battered in every inch of herself, as she passed out, slowly realizing Rukia had somehow managed to escape them via Garganta back to Hueco Mundo...
That is not the reason why I am one.
...I have killed living souls, ruined lives...
...And started a whole new war.

Why was i created... Pandora, Zodiac God Pandora stood and watched as the event took place, he then looked at Hisana as the event's had stopped, He vanished and appeared next to her as the sign of Aquarius appeared in his eye's and he put his hand's ove hisana, She was surrounded in water similer to what Pandora had done to Baraku, this method of healing would take longer but it will heal her fully. 'One day....i will save you from his Grasp' he thought as he thought of Rukia.

Hisana felt something submerging her, as if it she was floating in some sort of ocean... Her eyes barely opened half-way, vision a bit blurry at the moment. She could however make out Pandora's face, his hands over her, controlling the water that was supposedly healing her. She slightly moaned. "Mm... What happened...?" She weakly put two hands to her forehead and groaned. "Ah... Headache. Remind me not to use that attack again unless it's an emergency..." She slightly laughed under her breath, a little embarrassed at the moment.
That's not the reason I am one. I've killed living people, ruined lives...
...and set free a whole new war.
