I used to use Slifer when I first got it. I only used it against opponents who knew what his effect was from the show. I gave it to my Whi-Lin to use against her younger brother about a year ago.

I played against someone with one...Well it was a double duel, and my opponents had 1 each, and my partner had the other, but i didnt have one.
Dont remember the outcome though, it was a long time ago

I have not used one but i had my friend use one so that i could see if i could still beat him.

there coming out with remakes of the god cards in the new set of cards, the gods will be able to be used in duels but the gad part is there really hard to get out and can die quick.

I duelled a friend once and he got Obelisk on the field and then I played Slifer. But I creamed him because I was using Slifer with the Butterfly Dagger Elma, Gearfreid the Iron Knight, Magical Librarly combo. I had 50 cards in my hand and attacked him.

larcerkev1 there coming out with remakes of the god cards in the new set of cards, the gods will be able to be used in duels but the gad part is there really hard to get out and can die quick. In "Shadows of Infinity" they aren't the God Cards, they are the Emperor Beast cards from Yu-Gi-Oh GX. And yes, they are hard to get out. One of my friends told me in order to summon the red one, you need to sacrifice three face up traps. He couldn't remember the rest. But they are coming out in "Shadows Of Infinity".

You have Gearfried and Royal magical Library out on the feild. You play Butterfly dagger on gearfried and it gets destroyed. You place one magic counter on the Library. The Dagger returns to your hand. Repeat. Draw your deck, and Osyris (Slypher rolleyes ) gets a 1000x boost for all the cards in your hand! XD Perfect with Exodia, or Muka Muka (I did that one)

I remember I was testing out my Slifer card one time and by the time I got it out, I had Infinite Cards on the field and most of my deck (at the time it was almost 100 card deck). My Slifer was an extremely powerful creature. Both of his hidden effects are awesome. First, his atk and def are equal to the number of cards in your hand x 1000. Second, whenever your opponent plays a monster, it loses 2000 points depending on the position it was played in and if it's position is lower than 2000 when it is played, it is destroyed instantly.
Obelisk's effect is also powerful. It's effect is: You sacrifice two monsters on your side of the field to destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field and deal 4000 points of direct damage to your opponent's life points.
Ra's effects are kinda tough to pull off. His first effect, and the easiest one, is that you add all the atk points of the monsters you sacrifice to summon him and that equals his atk, you do the same for DEF to get his defense. His second effect, the risky one, is that you sacrifice all but one life point and add that to his ATK. His last effect that I know of is that you can sacrifice him to destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field.
I have one question. Which of the three do you like? Mine is Slifer.

I only know of two cards, but the best one that I know is "Infinite Cards".

no one here knows ra's effect? when it's normal summoned succesfully, the attack of ra is all the attack put together of the sacrificed monsters. when it's special summoned succesfully, pay all but one life point, and add those points to ra's attack
