Kk, sorry that took so long. Here is what I have so far...
Ixa’s profile (and ideas)
These aren’t set in stone…just ideas to work with.
Tori's strings. The strings her daughter will have... Really, really, really, really turn Tori on. It is like you've flipped the light switch and it is stuck in the on position. It makes her fierce and very passionate......... Not that it is in the RP where the dice were rolled but they are partly to blame for the twins. XD
I thought that, for Ixchellia, they could only activate at elder teen/young adult/adult stages. Otherwise, the effects come into play only when the strings are touched/agitated in some way. (Even by Ixa herself??)
Her name is a mix between the name of the Mayan mythological goddess, Ix Chel and the Victorian name, Victoria, to honour both her father and her mother.
Her middle name is for the moving and alluring nature of music, the abilities of her mother and the influences of…things unseen.
Personal Info:
Name: Ixchellia Allura Song Nicknames: Ixa, Llia Gender: Female Age: Toddler Eyes: One crimson red (left), one brilliant green (right) Hair: Dark reddish brown, like her father’s, though it falls gently in silky twists and curls. These aren’t as springy as her mother’s. Hair style: Long (to mid back) and usually left out to fall prettily around her shoulders. She decorates it with pretty clips and accessories. Skin: Light cocoa colour Special Traits: A set of violin strings on her back, running parallel to her spine. As well, a spidering ivy circlet tattoo around the top of her right arm, starting beneath the shoulder, and one round her left foot, near the ankle. Her left eye is red, like Kay’s.
Powers/Abilities: * Has the ability to spot other Curio children in a crowd. * Can break down any song she hears and play it back perfectly (Violin? Piano? Only one instrument or multiple instruments?). * Has a strange fascination and liking of others’ blood (this can be monster blood, crab blood, fairy blood, etc. All kinds, but she isn’t evil, just fascinated.)
Height: 5 ft 9 inches (this will be her full height as an adult) Weight: Frame: Average, with a slight hourglass figure. Outlook: Positive and cheerful, sunny and bright. She’s also very laid back and nothing much fazes her – except Sanqui’s pranks and teasing, spirits and ghosts, and her strings later on. Marital Status: Single Ethnicity: Gaian (she was born in Gaia) Species: Curio Blood type: Birth date: 09/10/10 Alignment: Good Sexuality: Straight Other traits: Personality: Free spirited, optimistic, carefree. Even in the worst of situations, she always looks for a bright side. Ixa is very laid back and has a fair amount of patience. She can tend to be rather headstrong at times and if she wants something, she will go for it. She is very energetic and loves to be on the move, doing fun things, meeting new people to make friends with and having all sorts of adventures. She is playful and imaginative and loves making up games. Kind, friendly and caring also describe her well. Handwriting: clear, easy to read, fun lettering that is straightforward and simple. Dominant hand: Left Other information: She can’t see or speak to deceased beings or spirits and is terrified of them. She’s not quite sure whether to believe her brother or if he is just saying and doing things to scare her, tease her or to get attention. Part of her believes he does see and speak to the deceased but another part doesn’t want to admit that it’s true because that would mean they were real and were hanging around unseen - and that is just way too darn scary in her opinion!
She loves having friends and especially friends to share things with. Sharing good things with a friend is way more fun than keeping it all to herself, in her opinion.
She likes reading and learning and will happily delve into a good book to amuse herself with. (As a toddler, if she can’t read yet, she’ll look at the pages and make up her own stories about the pictures she sees and babble away making all the different voices and telling the stories - cute).
She loves many different kinds of music. The kind she prefers to play is the sort of music that has a positive effect on, or is helpful in some way to those she plays for. She uses it like a gift.
Ixchellia wears a lot of girly clothes and dresses. Despite this, she doesn’t allow her attire to stop her from doing the things she wants. (shirts, feminine hoodies etc)
She gets a big almost goofy grin on her face when she’s really happy (like her daddy).
She tries to be as open as possible about things most of the time, though she does have some secrets so as not to hurt or cause awkwardness to those she cares about. If she thinks what she will tell them would cause them to worry, fret or any awkwardness that would be too much for them to handle or better for them not to know, she will keep it a secret even if it hurts her in the end. But she is smart – if she thinks her being hurt will upset someone too much, she’ll break down and tell them her secret.
I like this:
Places: Beach, pretty town squares, lush gardens, art gallery, museums and art galleries (interactive displays especially), pet store, aquarium, book store, clothes store, toy store, ice cream stand, park, nice walking places, library, zoo, meadows, musical places and shops,… People: Sanqui and Mommy Games: Darts, smashing things, trading card games, ‘just for fun’ races, playing with colourful or noisy toys, hopscotch, hobby horses, Chinese chequers, chess, jigsaw puzzles, Jenga, lego, catching butterflies, climbing things, trampoline, cubby houses TV shows: She doesn’t really watch TV (cause they don’t have one), and thinking most of it rubbish, unless there happens to be something educational on it or a movie with a good storyline that catches her attention. Nature documentaries, history shows or shows where you can learn new skills, such as cooking, would be the kinds of things she has interest in. As a toddler, she would watch most of the educational kid’s shows where they teach colours, numbers, alphabet and other important things. She also likes movies from different countries (the weird ones with subtitles XD). And comedy movies if they really make her laugh. Books: Just about anything unless it is trashy or not well written. Movies: Colour: Anything bright, light or rich. She doesn’t like watery, wishy washy, dull, drab or faded. Food: Fruit, honey, lemonade iceblocks, sweet fish, chocolate cake, roast lamb and chicken, sugarsnap peas, clear soup with herbs and mountain vegetables Drink: Soft drinks, iced water, iced tea Music: World, alternative, classical, anything positive and uplifting or has an interesting melody that evokes different emotions, chants and chanting games Art: Anything with fantasy or medieval elements, flowers and strong colours, angels etc. Blood, but not death, strangely enough. Hobby: Playing musical instruments, making flowers, making toys, sewing (cross stitch?), playing outdoors, getting into michief Sport: traditional dancing (not ballet or anything ‘prissy’ but fun dancing that has carefully thought out moves and patterns, like dances from different tribes and cultures)- also martial arts (like dancing) and swordsmanship Animals: Otters, sea lions, lionfish, birds, parrots, elephants, spiders, honey bees, bumble bees, dogs, cats, mice, bears, horses Other: jewellery, gardening, studying things
I do not like this:
Places: city streets, rally, derby, motocross, desert, dirty places, such as the junkyard, boring shops, video arcade (too many conflicting and annoying noises), food courts, messy places, bank, waiting room, curtain shop People: Sanqui and Mommy (XD) TV shows: game shows, the news (usually doom and gloom), kiddy shows, sitcoms, soaps, drama, mushy stuff, horror, macho action movies Games: Head/mind games, ‘unpleasant situation’ games Books: romance, thriller, mystery, horror Movies: mushy stuff, kiddy, horror, mystery/murder mystery etc Colour: grey, khaki, mauve, beige etc Food: fishy tasting fish, leek porridge, mung beans, spinach, chillies, broccoli, cauliflower, chips Drink: coffee, hot milk, milk tea Music: Metal, death metal, screechy stuff, heavy rock, blues, Art: abstract, gory, depressing Hobby: ballet, knitting… Sport: rugby, soccer, hockey etc Animals: snakes, sharks (Uncle Quint’s teeth are scary. Cool, but scary), ants (flesh eating ants – ahh!) , grubs (ewww), worms, crocodiles, dinosaurs (scary) Other: computers, technology, video games – she has more fun being outside/active and being creative
Education: home schooled Occupation: learning and making friends
Aspirations: Dreams/Goals: Find out about her father someday. Find him and meet him. Short term goals: Have needs satisfied, be in company of others, make Sanqui stop teasing her. lol. Long term goals: Have a travelling shop one day so she can travel and play music, sell things she has made and tell stories
Strengths: Musical ability, positive outlook, good heart, strings Weaknesses: doesn’t take some things seriously enough, strings Fears: Ghosts Issues: trauma from stuff later on Talents: musical and creative abilities
Odd titbits:
She sings little songs and tunes when she’s happy. As a tot, she will not have as wide a vocabulary, so it starts as humming mostly, with little bits of words she knows, then turns into simple songs that are either descriptive, silly or heartfelt and progresses from there.
The strawberry song:
Still working on it but there were lyrics such as
‘But they’re looking kinda glum Well wouldn’t you be too If there was chocolate on your bum?! (classic.. >.> LOL)
She doesn’t like being crowded and needs her own space from time to time. Has a high level of patience. Forgives easily. Hates public transport. As she gets older she tries to look after her brother and stop him going too far/getting into too much trouble…which is like mission impossible. XD
Four to five word personality: Warm, optimistic, energetic, smart and patient (and giggly)

Oh, I forgot to say: as for the dislike of public transport, that's not random. Lol. There are reasons for that...
It's hard for her to sit still too long...and also, she gets motion sickness on trains, cars, boats, buses etc.
Things like strollers, horse riding and walking are of course, fine. XD
Edit: And I decided on the instruments I would like her to know. Both are stringed: the harp and the violin. Violin because it's a family tradition and harp because that is a beautiful and not often heard instrument.

Surprise, surprise. One of Ixchellia's most favourite fruits in the world are: Persimmons! surprised
One of her most prized possessions is her journal, naturally. *planning to draw it* The one with the lanterns on silver and gold strings on the cover. =^_^=
And...another thought I had: She can't see and speak to spirits and deceased like Kay or Sanqui, however, if ghosts/spirits make themselves appear to normal people, or are able to be heard/seen by normal people as they often do in haunted places etc, then yes, she'll of course see/experience that, as will anyone else around at the time, unless they are really blinded to that sort of thing.
I imagine she'll have several creepy/weird encounters at and around her home soon enough. And the maid reading occult things would get her thinking too....hmm...how scary. Lol.
Another idea is to have her test out some of their sprite's abilities. Yes, ideas are popping up now. Hee hee hee. whee
Eta: And after a while, it comes to me that of all the colours she likes, her favourite is green. Yay! blaugh
I don't know why it's not purple. Or even gold. But green just seems to stick in my head, so green it is. ._.

Ideas for playdates/meet ups and solos etc:
Just thought I'd brainstorm a little about this sort of thing, since it can't hurt.
Meeting with Switch and family? Or perhaps one family member from their side. A playdate at the pool or at a place where they can swim. (lake or river would be nice. Too many people go to the beach. Lol.) Going to a friend's house for the first time. Making or meeting said friend/s somewhere first. XD Violin classes. Harp practise. (musical instrument lessons) Bumping into someone at the library, bookstore, or some place with books. Pet store/zoo/some place with animals; A day out. Going on a picnic/to a party. Playing her music for others to hear, either in public, at home or at a friend's house. Could be to cheer someone up, show off her hobby, give music to the people around her, etc. Study group! Having a study session with some friends/helping someone study. Visiting the local cemetary. Having some adventures with her pet Sound Sprite, Strawberry. Having interesting experiences around their home. Encountering something scary. (these three things would possibly all happen at or around her home) Learning how to sew basic things.
