No killing allies yada yada yada. If you don't know the usual rules by now, just check another village.
If I see people doing idiotic things in my village however, this will be fixed to contain actual rules.

On the subject of housing.

Each RPC is allowed one personal thread for their home. If said shinobi dies or abandons the village for any reason, their home will be sealed off or resold. (Thread locked until further notice.)

Each clan that joins the village is allowed two threads. One for the clan compound, and one for a clan training area. These threads will remain even if the clan members all leave, ready for any new clan members that come to the village.
