What would be a good spell for back pains and aches? My mother has been having issues, and so far I havent been able to find a simple, but effective spell to help bless her, please help by posting the spell, or place in which to find it, ~Many thanks, and blessed be my fellow Wiccans~

I don't know your mother's situation, but yoga works wonders
Its not exactly spell work, but its very spiritual, and the first rule is if it hurts, you are stretching too far,. Yoga is a very gentle very effective cure for a lot of things. Especially an arthritic back. I don't know the cause of her pain, but its good for a stressed back too. I hope this helps, I don't have any specific spells, but there are always the simple ones, candles, incense, energy giving...

Hmm...try placing small amethyst crystals on the problem areas whilst meditating. That's what I usually do if I'm sore anywhere, though it might not work because this seems much more serious as compared to a couple of sore muscles...

Since it's her back hurting she should ask her doctor if it's safe to do yoga, but as long as she get the go ahead from him it truly does work wonders for aches and pains. I've used the color orange in the past for aches and it worked well, so you can try lighting an orange candle and some incense and send her some healing energy that way. Heating the area might work too, so she can try a heating pad too. Hope that helps you out some.
