These are Xzaro´s RPCs. Nothing special. Nothing grand. Xzaro just has a tendency to exagerate his characters a bit. But I warn you. These characters are among the awesomest in the guild and the RPC "Xzaro" ish teh 1337 Ub3r HaX3r.

-Lightning Release Armor
Rank: A-rank, Defensive, Supplementary Short range (0-5m)
By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and power.
While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of the Fourth Hokage, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. His strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they strike. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce his chest.
-Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Element Shadow Clone Technique
Rank: A-rank, Offensive, Defensive, Short range (0-5m)
Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.
-Lightning-style Kunai Manipulation

This technique is simply a barrage of kunais enhanced by elemental electricity. The kunais follow the opponent and his metal weaponry due to being attracted to objects that conduct electricity making it nearly impossible to dodge. If touched, the electricity will shock the opponent.
-Water Clone Technique (Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu)
Rank: C-rank, Supplementary
The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
-Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
Rank: C-rank, Supplementary, Long range (10m+)
A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vIsion and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.
-Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)
Rank: B-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.
-Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique)
Rank: C-rank, Offensive, Long range (10m+)
A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.
Note: Genin can use the technique for up to two posts, Chuunin for three, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.
-Katon Black Dragon Flames no Jutsu
Rank: S-rank, Offensive/Defensive, Long Range (10m+)
A giant black dragon of fire that follows its target. As long as the user inputs chakra, the flames won't be put out and the dragon grows in size. The flames are black like the Amaterasu, leaving opponents to assume these flames are not extinguishable.
-Raiton: Denkou Tsume - Lightning Style: Lightning Fang
Rank: A-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
The user first performs the long string of hand seals, and then charges their lightning chakra to their hand. It will form around the hand and part of the forearm creating a large gauntlet of lightning with 3" claws of the nails. This technique is used to cut the opponent, where as the chidori is used to stab. It is equally risky to use without the Sharingan as the user will not be able to see and avoid the last minute strikes with this very direct attack. Most users will be able to use this at Max 4 times a day.
Meiton Style: The All Powerful God no Jutsu
Rank: SS
Description: The user focuses and exerts a large amount of dark chakra into the area. This dark chakra begins to block out the sun completely. If used on top of a village for example, the dark chakra can completely shroud the village in darkness and make it appear even darker than night. Even eye techniques will not be able to find their way through this darkness for it is made of so much chakra, it disables the ability to tell chakra from the technique and chakra from surrounding shinobi apart. From here on, he can manipulate this large amount of chakra and use it in two ways:
1- Falling Angels: The dark chakra surrounding the area will start to fall in drops, almost like rain. The “dark drops” are as sharp as senbon and twice as dense. Even buildings and the earth itself will feel the destruction of this jutsu. The resulting raindrops nullify ninjutsu and makes it near useless to attempt fighting back with an elemental affinity as the source. The dark chakra will slowly cover the ground and form a layer.
2- Hell's Rebellion: The dark chakra layer mixes in with all of the debris from the previous attack, and all at once spikes up from the ground. All spikes reach several yards into the air, but a chosen few can even go up high enough that the spikes can connect with the layer of dark chakra that was covering the village. Using taijutsu on the spikes at this point would result in a near fatal response from the actual spikes,
-Meiton Style: Cloak of Black

Using dark chakra, the user surrounds himself with it and causes himself to become invisible to anyone without chakra-sensing abilities.
Meiton Style: Teleportation Vortex

Description:Using the meiton element the user will mold circular vortexes on the ground (max of 3 per jutsu use). The user can create the vortex directly below their feet. Each vortex allows an Ashigan user or anyone whom has been surrounded by the meiton chakra to teleport between vortexes.
Meiton Style: False Mind
Rank:C
Description: The user casts their hand in the direction of the target and sends negative feeling which adds to the darkness currently in the opponent’s heart. Cause mental breakdown as making decision becomes harder (takes longer) and loss of knowledge (may forget a hand seal so jutsu not executed.)
Meiton Style: Sphere of Shroud
Rank: A
Description: The user manipulates his dark chakra and forms a sphere around his enemies. This sphere covers the enemies' sense of sight and any projectile or jutsu of equal rank or lower that is exerted outwards whilst being trapped, will bounce back at all who are trapped inside at double the power. However, the sphere also weakens as it is attacked.

Description: Dark chakra is expelled in a blizzard-like effect, blinding, burning, and slicing all that is caught in the storm.

Description: A powerful technique with a profane name. The user focuses his Kageton chakra into a tightly compressed point on his hand. After swiping his hand, the dark chakra literally bitchslaps all shinobi in the area.
Genjutsu:
Bringer-of-Darkness Technique (Kokuangyo no Jutsu)
Rank: A-rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen.
-Mind Erase Jutsu
Rank: C-rank, Supplementary, Long Range (10m+)
This jutsu erases the minds of everyone in the area associated with a certain event. For example, if the user screams out the word "Konoha Classified Info" everything related to the topic will be erased off the minds of the opponent(s). There are only two limits to the jutsu:
·If the topic is too general
·If the person affected has known about the topic for a long period of time, only the recent events related to the topic will be erased.
-Sins of the Past no Jutsu
Rank: B-rank, Supplementary, Mid Range (5-10m)
The affected shinobi will have visions of their past sins. Throughout the genjutsu, this shinobi will see events (such as a family members death)
that may or may not be their fault, but the genjutsu makes the shinobi feel as if it is. After the jutsu, the shinobi will be unable to attack or think straight if the events are very personal.
Taijutsu:
-One Thousand Years of Death (Sennen Goroshi)
Rank: E-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
A very simple technique with an over-dramatic name, One Thousand Years of Death is little more than inserting one's index and middle fingers (similar to the Tiger hand seal) into the opponent's rectum, causing constipation, pain and/or embarrassment. It has no effect on unconscious targets.
-Barrage
Rank: B-rank, Offensive, Short Range (0-5m)
The user focuses his/her chakra and depending on how much chakra he/she inputs into the attack, the user hurls himself towards the opponent at amazing speeds, throwing fist after kick after tackle of hits. After the barrage of hits, the opponent is usually severely weakened and the user is unable to move for a short period of time.
Kenjutsu ~ Weapon Techniques:
-Sword Barrage (Ken Rendan)
Rank: B Rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
With this jutsu, the user makes a sequence of slashes with their sword and finishes with a powerful final slash doing liberal damage to the enemy.
-Meiton: Blizzard of darkness
Rank: B Rank, Offensive, Long Range (10m+)
A dark aura surrounds the sword and the enemy and as the user squeezes the sword's handle, the aura squeezes the enemys muscles and bones. The user can choose to swing the sword to unleash a wave of dark aura to cut the enemy in pieces while paralyzed, or to continue to squeeze the handle so that the enemy gets squeezed to death.
-Meiton Style: Blizzard of Darkness Advanced
Rank: A-rank, Offensive, Long range (10m+)
Description: The advanced version of the original Blizzard of Darkness, it has the same properties and effects but this time on a larger scale, capable of surrounding multiple enemies and even buildings at a time.

-Lizard Anatomic Technique
This jutsu allows Xzaro to transform any part of his body into any kind of lizard he chooses.
Summons:
A variety of different lizards. Ranging from small to large, marine to airborne, poisonous or camoufladged. Xzaro can even summmon lizards that explode into an acidic goo when stabbed, completely trapping the opponent while burning them.
However, Xzaro does have one special lizard who he rarely summons. She can quickly grow and length and regenerate tissue. Shooting chakra beams from her mouth and uncontrollably destructive, Xzaro only summons her to fight bijuus if he is resting. Xzaro named her Mariguana.

Physical Build: Xzaro although expressionless and hidden under a robe is very athletic. His face is very handsome even though he has no reason to attract anyone. He has a slightly muscular built. Because of his built he can sneak efficiently and sometimes run without even being heard. He has the special ability of not conducting heat or electricity for some reason which happend after his apparent death.
Personality: Xzaro is nearly emotionless. Because of this he has no sense of fairness or justice and always ends up doing evil.

Xzaro never knew his parents. He was found in a basket at the footsteps of his sensei's door.
Toddler
Almost at once he was being taught jutsus and sword fighting by his sensei. Around this time Xzaro learned that he had special blue chakra that he could use to completely enhance himself and all of his jutsus. His sensei also began to travel away into other villages and would tell Xzaro amazing stories about one of Konoha´s clans, the uchihas.
Child
At this time Xzaro met his rival Haru. He also met Crysta, the first girl he ever liked. They were the three who were taught everything the sensei knew. By this time Xzaro´s sensei was stealing classified information from the uchihas such as scrolls and jutsus, and teaching it to his students.
Teen
After many years of training, the trio went their seperate ways while Xzaro stayed with his sensei. That was when Xzaro found out he was from the village hidden in the shadows and he was the last remaining of the long dead village. Xzaro's sensei was revealing everything when out of nowhere a metallic creature attacked and killed the old man. Xzaro wanted revenge and looked for Haru and Crysta to kill the person who made the metallic creature. After a while, they finally found and assasinated the person they were looking for when suddenly it rained and a dark mist came over. Out of the mist a man calling himself Necro killed Haru, Crysta, and Xzaro.
But suddenly Xzaro woke up. He was sure he died. His hair turned from black to white. But somehow he was existing. His memories and emotions had left him and he awoke with new dark chakra. He now posessed lizard-like abilities like healing wounds and camoufladging. But his new goal was this: Find Necro and kill him while spreading this darkness. To do this Xzaro decided to learn every kind of elemental attack possible to increase his chances of killing Necro. Possibly test himself by fighting demons...
Adult
Xzaro succeeded in locating and killing Necro. He regained his emotions and memories and realized he was the last survivor of a long forgotten village. His new goal was this: Bring the Village hidden in the Shadows back to its original place as one of the great villages. To do this he would have to learn practically all elemental jutsu, he would have to attack villages, and he would have to reveal himself to the world as the new Kagekage.
He started this plan in the Sound Village. Meeting secretly with one of the Council member, Junan, Xzaro was able to join the ranks of Oto's Council. This decision however, was controversial and Xzaro never truly showed respect or loyalty to the village. His past was kept secret from the other Council and he slowly gained their trust through doing simple tasks such as missions. Eventually, Danzo the Otokage at the time gave Xzaro a mission. A peace treaty between Otogakure and Konoha. When Xzaro found out, he disrupted the meeting along with Junan and and his existance in the shinobi world was acheived. He was at that point considered an international criminal of the Leaf, the Sound, and the Flame. After being sent to prison by the Otokage Xzaro escaped and fought one on one with the Sound Village's Kage, successfully ending his life and reign over the village. Xzaro escaped and pursued his goal of returning Kagegakure to its feet seeing Otogakure as the first to feel his darkness...

Clan History: There are many legends in history and this clan is believed to be one of them, a rare and very discreet clan that has had to mask it's exterior features from the world. The Nekomata, the two tailed demon who's fire was unmatched by many is said to be the originator of this clan. The legend speaks of a young boy who was on his dying bed, and after losing faith in god had summoned a demon to grant him immortality. That demon was the Nekomata, who said he would give the boy with the promise he would forever worship him. The boy was given Nine lives, and with such he breed a new generation. However they held such unworldly looks and were caste away from their villages, left to forever wander until they discovered Takigakure and made it their own.
Kekkei Genkai Name: Ailuori Claws
Kekkei Genkai Effect: Rarely but not uncommon, a member is born with the ability to extend it's claws and regrow them at an alarming rate. These claws usually posses a poisonous secretion that first disrupts the victim's breathing, slowly falls into paralysis and surely mania if not fatality if they do not get the cure [/being the blood or any other bodily fluid of any Ailuori Clan member]. The user is naturally immune to natural poisons and can digest just about anything ironically. Their hair also has been known to grow extending long despite regular trims!

After the attack, the user is usually dizzy but can still remain focused.

Family: Ever since the day he left Takigakure, the issue of how his parents are is a total mystery to him.
Bio/History: Aiiro is an odd character. Aiiro unlike most depressed kids, was raised with his parents and he had all the coolest toys since his family was rich. He has one enemy: boredom. Because his parents taught him love, optimism, and all of the traits a young boy should have, Aiiro thought this to be the source of all his boredom. All around him everyone was good and sane.
One day Aiiro helped out a traveler by giving him clothes and delicate equipment. The traveler seemed to notice how terribly miserable the young boy was having to apologize every time he tripped on a rock and broke something. So in an effort to cheer up the boy, the traveler told Aiiro the fact that good doesn't always defeat evil and there must be a balance. But where is the balance between good and evil if everyone is good?
Those words inspired Aiiro and he decided to take it upon himself to cause that evil. He stole and broke things for fun. He would sometimes beat up kids who gave speeches on why Aiiro was doing wrong. Aiiro didn't care about anything anymore and even ran away from home. Truly Aiiro thought everybody was pathetic including himself. He forgot what love was and pretended to smile and play around so others would entertain him in return. He looks at the depressing side of things and he builds upon that in the hopes that it will cause more fun.
The only weakness however, is that Aiiro is depressed most of the times. He thinks weaklings shed tears so he doesn't show it. But deep inside Aiiro just wants someone to help him remember what love is and what fun is without having to cause anyone pain. But until that day, Aiiro will continue to smile and pretend to be happy just so he can use people to help cause evil and fun for "Good is boring and evil isn't good."

-Ototon Style: Piercing Shriek
A high note is yelled, sometimes causing bleeding in enemy's ears.
-Ototon Style: Sound Wave
After a number of handsigns, a blast of sound will come forth from Migoto's hands pushing and deflecting enemy attacks. The wave is also capable of deafening.
-Ototon Style: Listen to Me Technique
If an enemy is wearing earmuffs or blocking their ears with their fingers, this jutsu will enhance the sound chakra that Migoto produces to the point that it can pass through solid objects such as those listed.
Genjutsu:
-Flower Ninja Art: Maximum Cutting
The user will cast an illusion which surrounds the target in flower petals and darken the surroundings around them.
-Amagasa's Rain
After opening the Umbrella, Migoto's opponent sees a number of different kunais, senbon, shuriken, etc escape from the Umbrella towards them.
-Amagasa's Poison
After opening the Umbrella, a purple mist will escape from the Umbrella and if the user inhales this they will choke in the real world thinking they are really poisoned
-The Harp's Symphony
A number of notes are played on the harp and the opponent might fall asleep in the real world. If able to withstand sleep, they might just lose concentration or balance.
-Ototon Style: Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder Technique
Migoto spins while exerting sound chakra. If heard, a genjutsu will take place and the enemy will imagine as if Migoto was the desired person of the opposite sex. The sound waves however, form a tornado which captures the opponent and confines them.
Taijutsu:
-Ototon Style Attack
Migoto will attack normally but with sound chakra surrounding his body. If close enough, an enemy can hear these notes and lose focus. The chakra enhances Migoto's taijutsu greatly, creating cuts with each hit landed.

Bio/History: Migoto was very handsome and praised in his family. By the time he was about 6 however, all those compliments got to his head and so he began to insult others and think of himself as worthy of titles such as beauty. His parents however, disapproved which led to him running away at the age of 8. From that day on, he has lived by himself and surprisingly does well enough to keep his appearance up along with his ego.

He covers himself with dark chakra and sort of hides. Even dojutsus such as the sharingan will have trouble finding him

A layer of dark chakra defends him wherever the enemy tries to hit, almost like Gaara's sand shield

The dark chakra surrounds an enemy an keeps him from moving. This dark chakra can either continue to squeeze or it will just stay how it is

A ball of dense dark chakra is formed in the hand. This dark chakra ball can either be thrown numerous times like shuriken or it can continue to grow in size until it hits the opponent's chest

He uses it when walking long distances. In a way he is sleeping but walking/running/moving in the real world so in effect he is actually doing things without actually paying attention. He always has this technique active when he goes to sleep. The jutsu also helps conserve chakra.
