[Takes place outside on campus grounds] Risa was sitting under a tree, reading through her spell book. She had read it a thousand times but still urged herself to read it more. Her paws fiddled with her necklace as she wondered it her mother was ok in the other world; she'd hoped to see her again.

 The cold grass crunched against Ophelia Dorrean's paws as she padded through the grounds, on the lookout for another adventure or bit of danger to be had. She'd been at the school a while, longer than she thought she'd last, actually, and it was beginning to make her feel antsy.
Not that taking magic related or based classes when one has no magical abilites whatsoever isn't a nice challenge, but it seemed that things had begun to wind down for her. Settle into a sort of normal pace. She didn't want normal, she wanted life and limb risking exciting! If this place began to feel normal to her than she guessed her 'normal' course of action would be to move on to find another, more interesting place.
But that's where she got stuck; in thinking the place was getting too relazed as to be normal she thought of her reaction and subbed it in as being normal as well, which made her not want to go through with it for fear of finding that finding her next death-defying thrill would seem normal and take the fun out of it. The cycle of thoughts made her frown, causing her to stop midwalk and sit down to look up at the sky, flipping her shades to her eyes to avoiding blinding herself with bright light she was not used to.
She was sticking around in the stubborn beleif that that would alter her 'normal' course and make a 'normal' random decision a not so random decision and therefore make it not 'normal'. Ugh, it's better to leave the thinking to the people who actually liked to do it, she thought, I'm better suited for action...

Risa saw someone else she may have seen in the halls at some point. She got up from her tree and approached her even though she tried not to make friends out of her gryffindor family. She held her books close to her as she got closer, "Where are you heading?" she asked as she looked around to see if there were any teachers around.

"No where in particular," Ophelia replied, not realizing that the voice that had asked her the question was not her own in her head, "I thought I was goin' somewhere, but then I thought about it and going somewhere was what I usually do when a place gets boring, so if it becomes usual then it becomes normal which becomes boring, and I don't want ta be bored, but I dun wanna take the fun outa what I find fun by making it normal and boring. So I'ma go nowhere for right now and see how exciting that might be."
She blinked when she finished talking, thinking how it was odd for her to repeat herself out loud when she had just been thinking what she had said. "Hiya?" she said again, "Did I just answer myself or am I talking ta a different self than myself?"
Turning around to figure out the answer to her question herself, she looked up at Risa, cocking her head to the side for a moment. Ophelia hadn't seen her before, and she didn't really looked dangerous, but looks could be deceiving. But she didn't want to ask if the other was dangerous because that was her usual course of action and she wanted to do something unusual. Unfortunately she couldn't think of anything else to say so she just sat looking up at the other in silence.
