A messenger falcon arrived at the window. On it was a minuture version of a sound headband. Around its leg was a note.
I would like to request an alliance between our two countries. If you wish to accept please come to my office in Otogakure.

Ren came in as the falcon did. He spotted his bug crawl under a bookcase in the office. "Good." He said. He didn't know who to trust in this world. "Kusakage, I am going to be attending Konoha for a little while, I shall retrn in a couple days." He said as he smiled. He then left the building, not even letting her say yes or no.

Kabri arrived in the office he knocked on the door before going in,Kabri was wearing his Uchiha gear He waited for the kae to answer "This might take long"Kabri said leaning against the wall playing with his Uchiha earring.

Tame laughed a little, people would just walk into her office without waiting for a come in or go away from the kage. But he supposed it was alright considering that the kage of Grass Village was not in her office that often.
He wasnt himself at the moment, having used 'Henge no Jutsu' to transform into a 7 feet tall human instead of his real form which was the winged centaur. This was common for him, wanting to interact with the people of the town but wanting to keep his kind quiet and not wanting to explain what he was, where he was from, and all those typical things asked to a strange creature.
His reason for being in the hallway leading to the office of the kage was just that he liked to be close to this person even if she was never in her office. He felt responsible for protecting her thanks to his previous job back in the Village of Centaurs where he protected the chief centaur as the Elite Guardian. The kage and himself dont know each other very well and he has never had to step in and actually protect her. He also knows of her great powers by sensing them and knowing that a kage wouldnt be a kage without great power.

Kelly read the note as Ren was talking and suddenly left. Then she heard someone knocking on the door. "Come in." She said as she placed the note in her desk's drawer and started to look through a bunch of scrolls.

Kabri walked inside the room looking around "Kusakage i heard you was a very powerful Uchiha,I will like to do a friendly battle with you"Kabri said staring at her waiting for her answer.

Ren ran into the office without knocking. "I'll gladly fight you." He said as he smiled. The bugs heard it all.

Tame watched as Ren entered the office next also without a wait for a allowance to enter the office or even knocking first before barging in though Tame had a less of a problem with Ren doing this then the stranger to the village.
Very few people knew of the centaurs of Grass Country except for kages and some Sannins. This person was one of the people who knew of their existence though never really had a good enough reason to mingle with the creatures. Ren knew of Tame's unofficial status of guard in this building and left him be, knowing that another person about in the kage's distance was always safe though the likeness of Grasses Kage needing protection was slim.

Kabri sighed when he heard her answer "I Came all this way to do a battle with you,The reason so i could prove to myself that I'm the strongest Uchiha and so i could train myself so i could kill the man I hate the most,so I'm going around fighting different types of Uchiha members"Kabri said balling up his fist but still looking calm he walked out the office heading back home with his hands in his pockets.
