Michael Jackson's death has been confirmed.
Not only that, but we've lost Farrah Fawcett earlier this morning, and Ed McMahon earlier this week.
Discuss?

you so stole the topic title from my twitter. :>
Death does not affect me. So it sort of makes me a p***k when everyone else is moody.

<3 I didn't steal it, love. I didn't even see that post until now.
Eh, I'm not moody. I'm kinda just in shock about this.
I can't believe that we've lost two celebs today, and I'm slightly ticked about the people who are saying that they're happy that he's passed.

» Yeah, I heard at 12:22pm last night. Yesterday was also the day some Belgian radio hostess and former singer commited suicide. Then, when I was texting to someone about MJ's and the hostess' death, I heard my dad talk about Farrah. Kind of weird that it all happened on the same day... [ (。◕ฺˇε ˇ◕ฺ。) ♥ ]

[This is the Sniper Game!] (Sign-ups are GO!) [+]I found out about MJ's death while watching the Spanish Channel. (I don't speak any foreign languages.) (I just love the soap operas and the commercials.)
Funny how everyone has stopped making jokes about MJ. Death has a strange and almost hypocritical effect on people. [+] (The best thing to happen to Gaia.) [This Sniper is so Game!]

i don't think it's that big of a deal. i don't care about celebrities and don't understand when other people do - they're strangers, and honestly, acting/singing/etc whatever isn't worth what they get for it imo. that aside, i never imagined that michael jackson would ever die.
(i learned about their deaths from a mispost in the gcd. my lameness is confirmed.)

D= They need to shut up about it on the news already. Yeah, it's sad...whatever but there are SOOO many other important things going on that aren't being shown because all of the News stations are ONLY discussing it. LAME.

COUPLE THINGS ABOUT THIS!
I found out while I was in NYC. Times Square was like PACKED with people watching the screen.
But FOR SERIOUS! So much coverage! Like I REFUSE to listen to the radio anymore! And I haven't watched basic cable since Thursday... I understand that he was a HUGE icon, and that he's left a HUGE imprint, and all that stuff. But people, COME ON! When is enough enough? We can't just go around raping peoples memory like this, just for ratings... >.<
