So we thought once a month theme weeks would be a fun idea.... you guys got any? Post your ideas here and I'll make a poll. Keep in mind affordability as not everyone is super rich. **Big thanks for all the ideas! ***In case of a tie Kitten will decide! ****If an idea isn't picked it will be in next months poll.... ill try to use all ideas eventually smile

What about using the free skittles items to come up with an outfit? The avatars could be colorful and we could all use the eyes, or whatever other free skittles items as a base.
Edit: Or, we could use a specific item from zomg. Since we're all active members, we should have some of the recipes for certain items. Just throwing out vague ideas.

Intriguing What about using the free skittles items to come up with an outfit? The avatars could be colorful and we could all use the eyes, or whatever other free skittles items as a base. That might be a good idea for a contest... using only skittles items to make the best avi...

My primary concern is allowing for creativity with sensitivity to budget concerns. Lunaii's ideas were excellent, but cosplays might be a tad too expensive for some people (Let's hope that we don't have any Akatsuki fans in here who would want an Orinkage for that cosplay).
Pirates vs. Ninja: Everyone could dress up as either a pirate or a ninja. This would be cheap because pirates could use the new freebie sword (one year solider sword) and some of the items that were originally in Back alley bargains. Ninjas also have the back alley bargains as well as the recipes from Zen garden. There was also a free earthworm item that functioned as a headband.
Gaia Anniversary Banners: We all received on banner commemorating our year of joining gaia. We could all wear ours and make an outfit that would coordinate around it.
Historical Period: Everyone can dress up as a warrior (or cultural figure) from their favorite time period. The Spartan items are cheap right now for an easy option, and the gold shops have a lot of items for samurai/European gentleman/puritan/etc to explore. There is also the War of Warlords (11k) which would give someone a lot of options for historical military leaders.
