It's true.
I'll probably end up re-promoting him for every demotion. So it's actually more efficient to just leave him as is.

Actually i have fuzzy memory. It makes anything I deem unimportant tto get real hazy and hard to remember. honestly. there is a long label for it but I don't remember it.
