Welcome to the Sniper Game's 2nd Annual Spirit Month!!!
For those who dont know, spirit month is a month long event that takes plce every summer. Each week we have a theme and each theme has contests that go along with it. There are also mini games every week. With every event every player has the chance to win points for his or her team.
This year the SG will be divided up into 4 teams. Those who do not wish to compete can be judges. Teams will be assigned in the order that you sign up.
I am also trying out a 5th team - Team Mule. Only mules can join it. There is no point to having a mule team, bu mules are so taboo in this guild I feel bad for them. We have some pretty fun mules in here, and we tend to be even more cracked out on mules then we are on our original accounts. So if you want to give your sad, neglected mule some attention join Team Mule biggrin
Last year we had team colors. This year we are going to be more gaia-esque and have gaian teams - Durem, Barton, Gambino, and Aekea.
This years schedule is:
July 10th - July 16th: Heroes & Villians
July 17th - July 23rd: Dress up as Another SGer
July 24th - July 30th: Sci-Fi
July 31st - August 6th: Servant
August 8th: SG Teaparty/Sleepover to celebrate the end.
Signups begin now and end July 5th. Just post in this thread siging "sign up" or something like that.
Any suggestions for contests or events are greatly appreciated smile

 In another guild I am in they have some interesting themes. Like, dress up as another Gaian. Those are fun (though kind of the same as your cosplay theme last year). There was also opposite sex day, where everyone changed their avatar's sex (I mean, like, literally). But since this guild is not all rich and everything lol it could just be crossdressing day or something xD Also, mom & dad day where you basically dress up as if you were a mom or dad, and have some sort of baby using an orphan item or one of the changeling babies. Whatever they end up being, I probably won't be here for the event but it'd be cool if you guys liked some of my ideas xD

Dress up like another gaian is cool too smile Not many people here have a constant avi but we all keep our avis the same style so it should we should be able to do it. That would be a lot of fun.
Opposite sex day sounds fun buuut it sounds a lot more fun for boys because they have wear skirts and dresses and stuff. Its hard for girls to find items that are *boy* items.

I think a cool theme would be "dress up as your favorite SGer".
"Good & Evil" Might be fun too!
"Classy" might be cute?
"Cluttered avi" might be fun, and that can be like an event too, the person with the most VISIBLE items wins a points for their team.

4 teams is an interesting idea whee
Maybe instead of a towns sleepover we have have a midnight tea party, where you have to dress all classy and stuff.

Well, I'm thinking more than 2, so that opens it up for a lot more events, like if you want to have a "Coolest avi" event thing. Each team submits 1 avi, and then the judges decide who the winner should be. And then like each team can have a judge, but the judges can't vote for their teammates. Just more events can happen that way. 3nodding

Maybe he can just be a Tea Party on Crack/Sleepover, and people can dress how ever they want. But they have to have some kind of theme to their avi because dressing like you normally do is no fun. So you can wear PJs and I can be classy biggrin
