I do believe I also have a link somewhere for time-appropriate hairstyles... Now if only I could find it... And I've looked, but I cannot find a subforum appropriate for this! Captain, if you read this, please feel free to correct me?
EDIT'D: Here we go! "In Timely Fashion Hairstyles".

Since this is a thread regarding hairstyles, I could use some help. That'd be me. Please excuse the grim and not-so-handsome looks. My hair could use some help. I don't want to cut it, as I like the length, but can anyone offer some advice?

Sir Lionheart, you do yourself no justice. Your hair looks perfectly fine. There are a number of interesting ways you could exercise your facial hair, though... it would be best to consult a member of your own gender for those purposes, though. I have little experience. ;]

I'll stick with my simple ponytail. Maybe if I get my streampunk outfit cobbled together I'll use a leather tie.

I think hair style is more important to women then men, specially in Victorian era. As for the punk style in steampunk, whatever you want gose, but I'll stick to my low matanins hair style.

In no way shape or form did I say it must go! I said you had lovely facial hair, and you could experiment with different ways to grow it. Different styles.

If you guys need help with hair, the most popular styles now have one thing in common: Asymmetry.
If your hair is unruly or you have lots of cowlicks, my management tip is while your hair is still wet, take a beanie (like a winter cap) and pull it on snug. It may take practice, but your hair will dry flat and close. Take the cap off before your hair is fully dry to avoid your hair being too flat, since body is also very in.
I have FIVE cowlicks... One on each side of the nape of my neck, one on the right side of the crown of my head, and two in the very front of my bangs. ...It works.
Personally, I cut my hair short and make it an organized kind of unruly (planned messiness).
Also, facial hair, yeah, try different styles.
Watchin' the videos~.

Keith I think your hair looks good as is! That's just my personal opinion.
By the by, I wouldn't worry about your facial hair...my right side grows in "fuller" than the left...not too noticeable, but still. xP

Keith, I like your hair. I do like a man with a good amount of facial hair... even if it grows in funny... I'm just weird like that. haha.

Dixie Dellamorto Keith, I like your hair. I do like a man with a good amount of facial hair... even if it grows in funny... I'm just weird like that. haha. Mine grows into some sort of horrid, hobo-looking thing. I grow a mean goatee, and a weak moustache, so I just keep the scruffy look. 'Sides, I'm too bloody lazy to groom.
