Appearance:: A slender, short statured young man with wispy, thick blonde hair that lightens slightly towards the tips. His eyes are wide and sharply shaped, the irises a pure, deep crimson in color. His skin is pale, as if he doesn't spend a lot of time outside, and when he isn't attired in red and gold, he's usually wearing black to make up for it.
Personality:: Suspicious, superstitious, antisocial, loyal, dignified, regal, tempestuous, ill-tempered, hot tempered, headstrong, and critical of perceived stupidity. While generally very cautious about making friends, once he has, Amleth is loyal and protective of them. All insults or offenses must be answered for and he is not above seeking revenge, though this does mean that, sometimes, other people get hurt, though it's never intended.
Amleth is prone to fits of grandeur, often playing games where he is the leader or the hero, not all that strange for a young boy. Despite his headstrong and often impulsive nature, he is quick witted and intelligent, but tends to be more pessimistic than not. While most dusts at this stage tend to have moments of blankness, it often seems that Amleth's blank areas are more full than not, always passing more with a sense of something... frightening or tragic. He grows angry at random, sometimes losing his temper without seeming reason, and while he can be quite difficult to deal with during these moments, it is one of the few things that earns an immediate apology from him.
Amleth's relationship with William is complicated, at best, but the pair seem to have fallen into a comfortable familial pattern. Amleth doesn't understand William's fascination with books, creatures that neither move nor appear interesting, and would normally rather spend his time outside or at least doing something that can develop into excitement.
Despite the fact that he can come across as forceful, the truth is that Amleth is rather shy. He finds it difficult to trust others, even as he is quick to induct them into his circle of friends. He desires the association, but when betrayed, he is quick to pull back and withdraw. Crossing him, in a serious way, truly and surely, is something he will always have a difficult time forgiving, so he does not like to tempt fate. In his way, he is extremely sensitive, which leads to his tendency to be so mercurial when it comes to friends.
He has a tendency to pick things up and, whether he begins with energy and intentions or not, often will abandon them halfway through. His interest waxes and wanes with that same sense of tidal flow that his moods seem to follow.
Likes:: Forts, honey, fairy tales, sword fighting, mystery novels, mysteries, crime shows, action movies, red, violets (the flower).
Dislikes:: Heights, water, weeds, most people.

Weight:: Light (116-125).
Hair:: Light brown.
Eyes:: Green.
Sexuality:: Book - what? No books? ...homosexual, then.
Occupation:: Bookstore attendant. Courier.
Family:: Three older brothers (Claude, Francis, Marcel), one older sister (Anne). His mother's name is Mary and his dad's is John.
Appearance:: Fine boned and generally delicate in appearance, William has wealth of thick, hazelnut colored hair that often falls low across his brow, partially obscuring a pair of big, grassy green eyes. He's pale enough to suggest that he all but never leaves the shade of the indoors, and his clothing tends to run towards the geekier side of life, often sweaters usually matched up with simple trousers and somewhat ratty shoes. While he doesn't always have them on, it isn't abnormal to see him sporting a pair of glasses with thin gold rims.
Personality:: Quiet, shy, and a little eccentric, he loves to have friends but isn't very good at making them. He's usually absorbed by books, which sort of run his life, and if you were to see his house, you'd probably be amazed by his sheer ability to stack books taller than himself. Despite his overall frail appearance, he can have a wicked temper, and he's terribly stubborn, with a very clear sense of right and wrong. He's more likely to be kind and self-effacing, though.
Likes:: Food he can eat on a stick, cute things (shh), books, rain, classical music, books, comfortable clothes, candy, books.
Dislikes:: Loud noises, abrasive fabrics, the dark, spicy food, waiting in lines, spiders and mosquitos, the color yellow.

The staff will judge what is sufficient.. These are only guidelines, we like to see Dust owners having fun and enjoying their ownership. These should not be seen as a list of goals to be ticked off so that you can get the next stage of art but rather as a guideline to help your Dust flourish into it's full-grown state.
Life Dust Skills.Skills are given to Dusts who have reached the Spinning Dust state, and each growth allows for more skills. They are completely your own and to submit them you simply have to message the mule with a PM titled: Skills. Please be warned, we have the right to reject your skills.
The Child stage is allowed 2 skills.
The Teen stage, 3.
The Adult's are given 5 skills total.
Please keep your skills under one alignment. For example if you have a water skill do not make the next an earth.. that defeats the table of elements.
