Keanu sat in the snow, watching his daughter playing in it. The snow was lightly falling from a gray sky, softly covering the land in a white film. Most of the water was now frozen, and the trees were left leafless. He wished that his children had been born in a season with everything that he had loved; the warm weather, the fruit, the flowers; instead of the one that they had been.Haukea was standing as she sculpted the snow. One large ball after another, until a medium-sized snowman stood next to her. She looked side to side for some company in making it, but seeing noe she began to smooth down the edges.

Maelie shivered as she sat close to her dad and watched her sister build a snowman. She would have liked to help, but she was cold. The snow presented a challenge for her. It looked so fun, but when she tried to play in it it made her cold. She leaned up against Keanu and shivered again.

Rilminia slid in the snow and slammed into Keanu. "Hello dear!"
Gambit saunters up to his sisters. "Hey sissies! What's up?"

Keanu flipped forward and rolled onto his back, looking up at Rilminia. He smiled. "Hello, my love. How are you?"
Haukea looked over at Gambit and waved. "I'm making a snowman, wanna help?"

Rilminia snuggles up to him. "I'm good. How are you?"

Maelie got knocked over when Keanu got slammed into by Rilminia. She rolled over and then sat up quickly, shivering. She blinked and looked at Rilminia. "Hello mother," she said softly. Her parents seemed to be occupied with each other, so she walked over to Gambit and Haukea. Perhaps building a snowman and being a bit active would help to warm her up.
"I will help you Haukea."

Haukea smiled at all of her new company, although they weren't very knew to her. She was glad to take all the help she could get to make her snowman. "Thanks!" She beamed, and continued to pat the sides. She pointed at Gambit. "You get more snow." And then at Maelie. "You help me pat the sides."
Keanu smiled before he looked over at saw Maelie wander away. "Well, I'm good despite having just been knocked into our daughter. Although, I suppose it was a good thing as it seems like she's socializing with her siblings now."

"Okay!" Maelie smiled. Her paws were already cold from walking in the snow, so patting the sides of the snowman would be no problem. She worked her way around, patting gently and smoothing it the way that Haukea was doing. The movement did seem to warm her a bit, and she found that she was having fun creating something with her siblings.

Rilminia smiled at Haukea and said, "Hello there!" She watched her walk off. "Yes it is good. They need time together."
Gambit rolled snowballs and debated hitting his sisters with em.

Haukea smiled and thoroughly enjoyed the company of her sister on the snowman. She blew some, and the snow seemed to grow a little harder. She looked at her sisters work. "Woah, looking nice!" She didn't even notice Gambit with his snowballs.
Keanu nodded. Even though the children rarely seemed to be able to play together, they still connected like siblings. He sighed contently. "So... Would you like to join our children in their adventures?"

"That sounds nice." She wandered over to the girls and smiled. "How are you doing?"
Gambit finished the base and started on the middle piece. But first he made a few small snowballs and pelted his sisters with them.

Haukea smiled up at her mother. "I'm doing good mom!" She flinched as she felt on of the snowballs hit her, and glared at her brother. "Hey!"
Keanu went over and sat down by Gambit. "What'cha doing?"

"Oh good." She turned as she was hit with snow. "Gambit..." She growled.
Gambit stopped throwing snowballs because mom was pissed. "Oh hey dad. I'm just playin', and makin' a snowman."

Haukea laughed and stuck her tounge out at Gambit as she was triumphant, thanks to her mother. She then turned her attemtion back to smoothing the edging of the snowman.
"That sounds fun, mind if i join?" He sweatdropped at Rilminia's reaction to Gambit.

She smiled and brushed snow off her shoulder. "Do you want some help?"
Gambit smiled. "Sure thing. I don't care." He shrugged and rolled more snow.
