My friend Marla's uncle Rob and aunt Allison have a badass movie setup, with an 8-foot screen and HD projector and surround sound speakers. Our plans were to go to dinner and then watch some movies at their house 45 minutes from where we live, and then come home so Elizabeth could go to work today. So Marla, Elizabeth, and myself met them at an Outback Steakhouse. They had their two-year-old son Zach with them, who is absolutely adorable. I had steak, it was delicious.

We went back to their house, baby Zach went to bed. We watched Blues Brothers, and in the middle of the movie, Eli's parents sent her a message saying she couldn't drive us home, we had to stay there to avoid the crazy drivers. We were like "k, whatevs," finished the movie. Rob gave us some non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider at midnight, we watched the ball drop. Rob and Allison didn't drink any alcohol whatsoever, I was impressed with them. (I know my parents got shitfaced. I thought that adults always did that on New Year's.) And since the three of us are all under 20, we enjoyed our carbonated beverages. Then we watched Hellboy. (I liked it more than I thought I would. ^_^) I also got to play with their cat, who I am quite allergic to, but since he was a sweet kitty, I didn't care.

About 4am, we went to bed on their couches. I was rather uncomfortable because of my allergies, so I acquired a notepad and pen so I could do some writing until my allergies settled enough so I could sleep. We woke up at 8:30 and drove home, and then I took some allergy medicine and crashed on my bed for a few hours.

All in all, I had fun! Cept I'm still tired. And my eyes hurt.

I went to my church lockin and at midnight we were watching Evan Almighty. It was a goodish time.

I am awesome at hide and seek though. Great times.

I got home at 7, drove on no sleep whatsoever and crashed. 9 hours later I am no chilling wondering whether to eat supper with the fam or eat some cereal.

I babysat for this kid up the street, watched the fireworks show from the space needle on tv, and at 12:30am, a half hour into the new year, his parents came home, paid me, and took me home. I've earned 50 bucks and the first day of the year isn't even over yet.

While the kid was sleeping and I was waiting for Midnight, I did homework. Woo for having no life!

Let's see...

My dad, brother, and myself spent the night in downtown Seattle. We ate at this Mexican restruant, which was pretty good actually! The conversation during the entire meal was who my dad and myself would go gay/lesbian for, and if we both approved of our selections! My dad would go gay for Johnathan Taylor Thomas, and I would go lesbian for a younger Lucy Liu~ ^^ ANYWAYS! After dinner, hang around Seattle Center and watch the fireworks at the Space Needle.

I didn't really do all that much. I gave Ginji his birthday present.
Then I watched d**k Clark's New Years Bash while talking to friends on the computer.
At one point I also caught up reading Bleedman's Sugar Bits comic.

I watched TV. some more.
Was going to go to sleep at Three but then I found a movie I was interested in watching on TC.
Casanova.
I watched that until Six Thirty. Then I went online and memorized random facts about some of my favorite shows.
Then when my dad woke up at Nine we watched the Rose Parade together and then I went to bed at Ten. x3

Not that exciting but still not that bad.
