The Titans have proven themselves as the best team in the NFL with an astonishing 8-0 record. These are the next 3 teams the Titans will face and how they could end that streak?
Note: I will also make my prediction of the game in ().

Week 10: TEN @ CHI: Kyle Orton is out with an ankle injury. Rex Grossman will be the starter for this game, but the Titans still have a lot to worry about him. He knows how to play the QB position well, but the Bears are 13th in Passing Yards (219.0 yds), 11th in Rushing Yards(114.6 yds.), 15th in total yards (333.6 yds.), but still a high scoring team. In fact, they are 4th in points per game with 27.9 points per game. This team is still weak in defence, espicially in pass defence, so Kerry Collins will have a decent game. (My Prediction: TEN 27-20 CHI)

Week 11: TEN @ JAC: I don't want to insult too much about the Jacksonville Jaguars, so i'm just cutting to the chase. The Jaguars are basically in the top 5 disappointing teams this season because this team sucks. People, including analysts and experts at one point this season thought the Jaguars would be a Super Bowl Contender. They are 3-5 now. They are 23rd in offence and defence. (My Prediction: TEN 33-16 JAC)

Week 12: NYJ @ TEN: Kerry Collins might have an easy game in the passing game. LenDale White and Chris Johnson will have a tough game because the Jets are 4th in rush defense. The Jets are improving and becoming the great team i've expected in the preseason. This game could and might go and end in OT. This is a matter of who wins on offence, not defence as both teams aren't a top offencesive team, but they are both high scoring games. Its atough matchup, probably the game of the week. Veteran QB vs. Veteran QB. Top Defense vs. Top Defanse. (My Prediction: NYJ 18-21 TEN in OT)

PS: So yeah in my opinion, the Tennesse Titans will enter week 13 with an unbelievable 11-0 start.

They are nothing like the 2007 Patriots. The Patriots were ranked 1st or 2cd in Everything. These Titans are scattered all over the rankings, but only ranked 1 in Points allowed. I say they will loss 1 game. That loss will come from the Lions.

Yes... the Lions. The Lions, being 0-8 right now will loss up until this game. They will be emotionally fired up, wanting to beat an 12-0 team. But the game will be close.

The Lions will have Daunte Culppeper in that line-up against the Titans if he's healthy enough, but it'll be an interesting matchup and it might be a Titans win, but it'll be close. (My Prediction: TEN 34-30 DET)

Bears don't have a chance now that Kyle Orton is out. Titans I think will beat everybody and go undefeated.

The next three Titans games are easier than most think, and they should be able to win them all. Their game against the Bears will probably be the toughest of those three, but they should be able to win a close one.

I like the chances of the Titans making the playoffs, and maybe even going to the Super Bowl, but I doubt that they'll go 16-0. They are not the type of team that can win the game in the air, if the opposing defense shuts down their running game. Their secondary is also too aggressive (as we saw in their close game against the Packers). 8-0 is a great start, but it's very improbable that their win out the second half of the season. Also, based on the collapse of last year's Patriots, it may be good to lose a healthy game.

i think the titans will go undefeated cause of their weak remaining schedule. they are the most complete team and they dont turn the ball over.

still 08 patriots> 09 titans by far

I don't think that the Titans are the most complete team in the NFL. They have a good rushing attack, a good defense, and a solid offensive line. But if a team shuts down the run, I don't think Tennessee will be able to win the game through the air. The Titans have a few decent receivers and Kerry Collins has done a great job of managing the offense, but they are not really a passing threat, thus not too balanced.

And yeah, the '07 Patriots are better than the '08 Titans, because of a more dominating offense.

kerry can win games through the air, if he couldent teams would put 9 players in the box. kerry is too much of a deep threat to ignore him and thats a big reason why the running game is so sucsessful

The Titans running game isn't successful because the passing game keeps opposing defenses honest. The running game is successful, because they have a great offensive line and two great backs with White and Johnson. Collins has been playing mistake-free football, and can get the occasional big play. But defenses aren't stacking the box, because once a running back passes the last short safety, it's all downhill to the endzone.

You think that if they out Young back in, that they will start lossing then?
I'd say not.... because If they can run that good, then they can run and if they try to pass and everything covered, then Young can run the ball himself, if he can still scramble like he used too.

why couldent he scramble like he used to. his problem is his strength, he tried to take the game in his hands, it worked 100% of the time at texas not the more skilled NFL defenses wont have it

I don't necessarily think that a QB change would change the progression of the Titans this season. But Collins isn't turning over the ball much or making mistakes. Vince Young tends to force the ball more. He also doesn't have a pocket presence like Collins, and teams could very well play a wide 3-4 against him with a spy linebacker. That wouldn't help their run game at all.
