Yo. After seeing anime and video game cutscenes in english and Japanese, I can safely say that Japanese can scream better. But yeah, English sucked. XD
English he sounds like he's whispering and younger. Japanese we get an actual scream and better emotion.

But I'm pretty sure the pic is from Jigoku Shoujo/Hell Girl.
EDIT - I have only vague memories from that series, since I've never seen it. That's the only reason why I'm asking, because I'm not 100% sure. xD
