Lately it seems like whenever I debate abortion, the pro-choice arguments just keep getting weaker and more stupid. What I mean is for example I've heard them say if abortion were illegal women who had miscarriages would be charged with manslaughter, and that a fetus is like a cabbage. I mean honestly what are these arguments?! So the topic of discussion is stupid arguments the other side makes and the best way to counter or deal with them.

It's a vicious cycle of the dictionary providing answers to life's simplest questions. Telling you what something is. Wonderful stuff, knowing what you're talking about.

XD Oh man... So, obviously, modern terms aren't usable in debate because they are too "soft"... We have to remember to check a Webster's dating before 1990.
I'd have asked her if her's was the complete and unabridged version, because I honestly doubt that entry has changed much, even over 15 years. I mean, words are words.

Well, the huge encyclopedia set in the hall is from 1974. Pregnancy means with child. That's been around for at least 100 years. So....maybe her Websters is from 1989 BC? xd

Yeah, I particularly like that last one... When in reality, the abortion is a by-product of the fetus' death. If it were the other way around, they would be taking the fetus out, and letting it die a natural death on the table. But that's a little too realistic for them...

Of course. I'm a complete facist. KP walks in and I go, "Sieg Heil!" I won't allow anyone around me to be prochoice. I can't abide by it! I must mind rape them with my opinions. Once I force my opinion on every living soul, I shall of course revoke the right for women to vote, for monkies to vacation in florida, and Michael Moore to go near a camera. Under my reign, public nudity of all hot young men will be mandatory, women must pop out no less than one baby a year until they hit menopause. THen they'll be killed since they can't have babies anymore. Religion will be manditory; my motto shall be "Tough love is still love," to justify my task force of minions slaying citizens with paperclips. People must ask me personally before having sex or they'll die by my hands. Capitol punishment will be doled out by slamming people on the head with bibles repeatedly, in the hopes that their soul will absorb some of the words and be redeemed despite their wicked ways; I am, afterall, a forgiving leader.
Scary enough? But we all know I'd never do that. Where would I find paperclips big enough?
